Designed with impeccable attention to detail, combining simple architectural form with beautifully curated hand selected contemporary fittings, we have lovingly created Fleetwood Studios - island living in relaxed luxury.
Fleetwood is the perfect place for you to slow down, unwind and reconnect in the tranquil and peaceful setting of Awaawaroa Valley. Our accommodation, set on 18 acres, offers privacy and sun filled west facing decks encouraging rest and relaxation.
The space
If you are looking for a relaxing city escape, Fleetwood is the perfect choice. Fleetwood consists of 2 separate, private studios.
With stunning views over the valley and beautiful bush walks through to Te Matuka Bay, you will leave feeling well rested.
Fleetwood is one of those special places where you can kick off your shoes and really switch off. It can be as active, or relaxed as you want it to be.
If cooking is not on the agenda we have some incredible restaurants - Poderi Crisci is in walking distance (or we can arrange a complimentary drop off) and you are a 10 minute drive away to Tantalus and 372.
If you would like a night in, we do have an inhouse dining option available. Two home made wood fired pizzas and a bottle of local wine - $100
Breakfast is available for $25 per guest - we supply breakfast goods for you to prepare and enjoy in your studio.

A shared space has been created, where guests can enjoy a game of petanque, browse the library, or enjoy a movie or sporting event on the big screen in a unique and intimate setting.
If you are feeling energetic we recommend a short walk up the track to reach our secret picnic spot - the ideal location for a pre dinner drink and to watch the sunset.
