The bathroom is equipped with a window for ventilation, and after receiving your comments we inspected and cleaned the areas you mentioned to ensure everything is in good condition for future guests. We're sorry that you ran short of toilet paper during your stay. Additional supplies are available upon request, and I wish I had known during your visit, as I would have been happy to bring more over right away. Regarding the lawn, we experienced an unusually rainy stretch of weather during that period, which made it difficult to maintain our normal mowing schedule. We do our best to keep the property well maintained despite changing weather conditions. Thank you again for your feedback. Interesting, House directions detail not to adjust the heat as we live close by and will do it to suite your needs. My contact information was in the kitchen yet you did not contact me with your complaints. Coffee, Starbuck’s Breakfast blend was in the kitchen cabinet with Tea. Heater may have seemed loud for you as it is not in your home but this is a small cottage and the heater is forced hot air and the fan can be herd but it’s not loud. You wanted space heaters which we could have brought over but instead you turned the heat off. There was no snow on the steps.

False claim, the prior tenant was vetted by my Property Management company and it was determined they were an honest nonsmoking couple. I would add the primary tenant is an avid runner and his girlfriend is similarly health conscious. They were here for a few months. I contacted the prior tenant. This is his response, “No, neither is us smoked Albert” Smoking claim may have come from the fact that the cottage was just professionally cleaned for over 3 hours. This is what my cleaner replied: “I did find a couple lighters but that could have been for anything candles etc… I did not see any signs of ashes or cigarettes.” Tenant did leave behind a large assortment of unused candles. Ethan, you did not speak of this when I met you at the cottage, please re-think this and make a correction as their never has been a smoker in this cottage.
