The place was cozy and clean. The fire pit and chairs were a great place for the family to hang out. Less than 15 min to get to Burlington Main Street.

Comfy stay, near hikes

Errin’s place was clean, pretty and very comfortable. Next town over from Burlington. I hiked to the bog one day and to Thayer beach another. Next time to the causeway!

It was great. The condo was attractive, well lit, clean, and the beds were comfy. Our hostess went out of her way to make us feel at home by supplying coffee and milk before our arrival. The place was thoughtfully appointed, soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, and everything necessary in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a thoughtfully designed and outfitted apartment in a great location with everything you need. The beds, linens and pillows are some of most comfortable I've ever experienced in a rental. The kitchen has everything you need, and they've included beach towels for water activities. The only reason I am giving four stars was an immensely strong odor of room freshener. I imagine a few days of open windows and fresh air will clear it out.

Cut & Clean

Great location at midway point of island line bike trail. Cute & Clean. The portable AC units in LR & BR were effective but very noisy, not an offensive noise, more like very loud white noise. Better to have them than none. Overall very satisfied!

The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called for quiet hours starting at 10pm. We did contact owner after the 1st night with the situation. We asked to text her and she said she preferred to go through VRBO website Not always convenient for renters. Overall a very noisy location. It was on a very a very busy street and with inconsiderate neighbors it became intollerable

I'm sorry your stay at our apartment was disrupted — thank you for sharing these concerns. We take this seriously and will work on improving communication options and addressing noise and safety issues with neighbors and management to make future stays more comfortable.

Quick Mid Week Getaway

The property description was on point and any questions I had, the owner was very attentive to and quick with replies. The townhouse was clean, efficiently decorated, stocked with a few necessities like kitchen sponge, napkins, paper towels, and first aid kit. Appreciated that they supplied towels, linens and had AC for the two excessively hot days we were there. It is conveniently located to multiple bike paths and a short 15 minute car ride into Burlington for great eats and breweries. Drive-in just down the street which was very cool, and Colchester had it's fair share of excellent places to dine or get fresh vegetables/necessities (Mazza Farm Market). Would definitely return!

As a full-time real estate investor and property manager based in Vermont, I’m passionate about creating high-quality, comfortable stays for guests visiting our beautiful state. My team and I specialize in multifamily real estate and are dedicated to providing well-maintained, thoughtfully designed spaces that feel like home. When I’m not managing properties, I’m actively working to improve housing in our communities through my company Lean Real Estate. I love connecting with guests and ensuring they have the best experience possible during their stay!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I grew up just next door in Essex and have always wanted to buy and live in Colchester—there’s just something special about being so close to the lake. 983 Holy Cross Rd is in one of my favorite spots, just minutes from the beaches and the beautiful Causeway Bike Path. Whether it's kayaking on Lake Champlain, catching a sunset at Airport Park, or enjoying a nostalgic night at the Sunset Drive-In, this area has so much to offer. What I love most is how it balances peaceful, small-town charm with easy access to Burlington’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It’s the best of both worlds!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes this property special is its unbeatable location and thoughtful setup for a relaxing stay. The space itself is comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy. Plus, we offer dedicated boat parking—something you won’t find at most rentals! Whether you’re here to explore the lake, bike the Causeway, or just unwind, this home is the perfect base for your Vermont getaway.
