Very nice house overlooking the Loire for 2 people or you will feel at home.
1 bedroom with comfortable double bed 180 and Loire view.
Large living room with fireplace and library.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher.

Lovely 2 week stay

Lovely neighbourhood and hosts. Plenty to do in the region with nice villages and cities. Definitely recommended. La Patache is very cute and the view is to die for. 10 out of 10.

House fine, outside disappointing

The house was fine, compared reasonably with previous gites that we have stayed at (some 15 over the years). But the outside was disappointing. The view of the Loire was impressive but only visible if you were standing up in the area in front of the house. The table and chairs at the back of the house were not really useable. This was a shame as it detracted from the property as a whole.

Gemütliches Haus mit traumhaften Blick auf die Loire

Wir waren eine gute Woche? in dem schönen Häuschen und haben die Ruhe genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider stand in der Beschreibung nicht, dass das Haus nur über einen sehr steilen Weg zu erreichen ist, der mit einem normalen PKW nicht ohne Blessuren befahren werden kann. Auf Grund einer Gehbehinderung war der Weg eine wirkliche Herausforderung. Beim Koffertransport erwies sich der SUW unseres netten Vermieters als große Hilfe :).

Très bon séjour

Logement très agréable et bien pensé. Les équipements sont de qualités. La cuisine et ses équipements sont récents. La douche est très agréable. Malgré les fortes chaleurs (sup. à 30°), le logement restait "frais" (entre 22 et 25). Petit bémol, l'accès à la maison à pied avec une pente non négligeable. Nous le savions et l'avions lu sur les commentaires, mais il me semble important de le repréciser. Il faut, je pense, avoir une condition physique correcte. Etant enceinte, cela m'a été difficile. Cependant, la vue et le petit quartier sont une belle récompense. Nous avons passé un bon séjour :-)

Partir avec regrets

Séjour de deux semaines exceptionnel dans une maison très agréable tant du point de vue de son confort et décoration intérieure que de son emplacement en surplomb de la Loire. Vue splendide, calme et accès à de multiples promenades à pieds ou en bicyclettes dans une nature de toute beauté à cet emplacement du fleuve. Très bon accueil et communications sympathiquesavec nos hôtes.

Une bonne expérience renouvelée!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cette location, et c'est toujours un plaisir pour nous. La maison est très propre et joliment décorée, le coin est beau, calme et offre plein de possibilités! Nous avons constaté avec plaisir que de chouettes améliorations ont été apportées à la maison, comme l'isolation et l'éclairage. Nous recommandons sans réserve!

Une charmante location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Patache! La maison était très propre, décorée avec goût, bien équipée et très confortable. Les environs sont calmes et agréables. Grâce aux conseils de Benjamin, nous avons pêché et exploré quelques coins de promenade très dépaysants. Le soir, la vue de la maison est magnifique. Florence et Miguel sont adorables et prennent soin de leurs vacanciers. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Location idéale pour un séjour paisible au plus près de la Loire

Très belle location, agréablement décorée et très bien équipée avec toute la partie cuisine et salle de bains entièrement neuve. La petite maison est au plus près du fleuve dans un magnifique village. Idéal quand on recherche le calme et la nature. Accueil très cordial des propriétaires qui ont été très attentifs à ce que nous passions le meilleur séjour possible. Très bon séjour que nous espérons renouveler.

endroit très bien situé dans un ancien village de pêcheur - bien équipé, mais logement trop humide

l'endroit était en effet charmant , au calme dans un ancien village de pêcheur avec belle vue sur la Loire et le logement très bien décoré et bien équipé par contre humide à l'intérieur (j'ai du acheté un pyjama plus chaud) et pas vraiment de wifi (connexion sans fil) comme annoncé

UN PUR BONHEUR !

au Détour d'une impasse sinueuse nous menant tout droit sur les bords de La Loire, nous découvrons un magnifique nid rénové où il fait bon respirer ! Dès le premier regard sur la déco intérieure, on y sent la patte de l'artiste ! Immédiatement on s'y sent bien ! une vue imprenable, un jardin comme on les aime, au calme et à deux pas de très belles villes à visiter. Champtoceaux a un point de vue exceptionnel sur la Loire et une belle promenade poétique à faire. La maison très agréable par ce côté artistique (livres incroyables, peintures, meubles à dessin, meubles anciens et modernes, années 50 et sièges d'évèques, etc...) un mélange surprenant mais harmonieux. Le côté sympa, les lits sont faits à votre arrivée et l'accueil de Nathalie est plaisant. quelques petits manques qu'on oublie vite par la beauté du site. Besoin néanmoins d'une bonne rénovation du côté douche. Ce lieu est idéal pour le repos et la méditation. Nous recommandons vivement.
