Te invitamos a venir y alojarte en nuestra casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, perfecta para toda la familia. Ubicado en Pompano Beach. A solo minutos de la playa y cerca de una variedad ilimitada de restaurantes y centros comerciales, nunca se aburrirá. Nuestra piscina climatizada y área tienen una cerca a prueba de niños para unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones, especialmente, si tiene pequeños corriendo ideal para la diversión familiar. Asa unos filetes en la barbacoa y disfruta de una cena al aire libre viendo los barcos navegar por el canal y las impresionantes puestas de sol al estilo del sur de Florida. El patio trasero es un gran lugar para sentarse después de la playa y pasar un momento feliz, sentarse y observar manatíes o simplemente pescar en el muelle. El área de la sala / cocina familiar se abre hacia el patio y la terraza de la piscina, donde puede relajarse y disfrutar de su propio entorno privado hermoso. La casa está llena de comodidades actualizadas que incluyen una cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado central, servicio de lavandería en el hogar, Wi-Fi por cable / gratis y espacio abierto

Nuestra casa está a solo 5-7 minutos en coche de Pompano Beach y Lauderdale by the beach. Es una ubicación muy conveniente a poca distancia a pie / en bicicleta de algunos restaurantes y tiendas. Estás a 15-20 minutos en automóvil de las playas de Fort Lauderdale, el hermoso bulevar Las Olas en el centro de Fort Lauderdale, el parque Mizner en el centro de Boca Ratón con increíbles tiendas, restaurantes y películas en el cine del hotel y 10 minutos de Deerfield Beach.

Wonderful Stay

Amazing old style Florida home directly on the canal. Pool was so much fun. Easy drive to Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea. Supermarket close enough to walk to. Would definitely recommend.

Nice spot

This place has an amazing vibe. When you’re sitting in the living room, it looks like you are floating on the water from the intercoastal. We loved the hot tub as well! The outside of the pool surroundings probably needs a good cleaning, and or painting of the house, and the lawn furniture is a bit dated, but we overall had no complaints! Would stay there again!

Awesome intimate home on the intercoastal

We’ve been to this property twice. It’s very quiet, and directly on the intercoastal. We loved having breakfast in the morning watching the water and wildlife. But the biggest draw for us is the private in-ground pool and hot tub surrounded by a block wall. Very intimate. Updated kitchen and living room. Very nice!

Family vacation

We had a great stay for our family vacation. Upon arrival, we were met by one of the property managers. He gave us a tour and explained the pool control panel. There was an issue with the refrigerator that was quickly resolved. The location is great with Publix and Dunkin a few minutes away. The beach was also a short drive. The pool area was really spacious and clean. The views of the canal from both inside the house and outside were amazing! Sitting on the deck drinking my morning coffee was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property in a great location

The owners were responsive to texts messages and came out right away to fix an issue we had. We had record breaking rainy weather during our stay which is out of everyone’s control but it was nice that there were puzzles and board games to help occupy a bored 8 year old. The pool and hot tub were amazing when the storms let up enough for us to use them. Also the property was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located to everything in the Pompano/Lauderdale area. We had family staying in Lauderdale by the sea and were able to get to their place within 10 minutes.

Restful & Quiet

We totally enjoyed our stay! It was nice and quiet, absolutely beautiful. My husband enjoyed having his breakfast on the back patio every morning. We both enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was great, especially the refrigerator. They are currently replacing the furniture, but the very colorful and beautiful dining table is still there. The property manager was very nice, kind and thorough. It took us a couple of times to figure out how to work the hot tub. We definitely will be back. It is our favorite place out of all the places we have stayed the past 3 years. Thank you so very much for helping us make wonderful memories.

Quiet beautiful scenery

Probably is located on a quiet street pretty easy to find the pool spa area is really nice just needed to be cleaned up a little bit inside of the house was really nice the glass doors that you can see through the water through the deck was really nice the only thing is that the two bedrooms of the back of the house are connected but we were able to figure out to separate them by closing the one door going in and out of the pool area that way they didn't have to walk through the sleeping area the other bedroom but other than that honestly it's a really nice place we did have somebody come up to the house and wanted to park their vehicle under the cover where I was parking because he said he knew the owner and he was being persistent about it it finally had to tell him look when we leave you asked the owner to put the vehicle there cuz I'm not doing that but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Decided not to stay here after arriving

We ended up not staying at this vacation rental after arriving to find it unsatisfactory. Pool and patio furniture were filthy. Parts of the house inside were filthy. Absolutely no check in process. They just left the house key under the front door mat. We felt very uncomfortable the minute we walked into it. So, didn't stay and had to book several different hotels for our entire stay. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Getaway

The property was incredible. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels, kayaks, and bicycles were provided. They even had a high chair for our youngest! Also, the property manager went above and beyond for us when we had a delivery arrive early to the property. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would certainly book again!

Great location

This property was great. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials need to cook your own meals. Good quality bath towels and beach towels. The beach chairs were great for our day at the beach. The intercostal backyard view was beautiful. They even have kayaks you can use. The bbq grill was a plus used it a couple of times for dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s on a cul de sack so no traffic noise. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Super fun space

We were two couples coming for a tournament and we loved coming back and jumping in the hot tub. We cooked and sat outside enjoying the beautiful view. We had our our space with our own bathrooms. We really enjoyed the space. We would recommend this house!

Perfect views in a quiet neighborhood!

Three couples stayed here for a short vacation. We really enjoyed the location and amenities. The pool and hot tub was used every day to relax. The back patio with the canal view was beautiful! We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles as well. We really liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It worked out great for us 3 couples to truly relax!

A Little Bit of Heaven on a Florida Canal

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters found this house after a last minute decision to gather in FL for a pre Christmas celebration. We each had our own bedroom and private bath. We kayaked, spent time in the jacuzzi, and pool, and sat on the dock and watched nature go by. We are foodies and the pantry and kitchen were were well stocked beyond expectations allowing us to bake and grill a couple of gourmet meals. Its proximity to West Palm Beach and Miami allowed us to meet friends from both places and enjoy several more excellent meals. Our daughters arrived overly stressed from work demands and within minutes began to relax. Next year we will stay longer and have time to use the fishing poles to catch our own fish to grill for dinner (if legally possible) since we saw and heard plenty. One was the largest any of us had ever seen outside of the large ones, such as tuna, that live mostly in the deep sea.

Love this house

We absolutely loved staying here. The place is clean, the bathrooms are new, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and pots and pans and the neighborhood is great. Everything is super close, stores, restaurants, the beach, airport is only 15/20 min away. My 2 girls (age 4 & 2) enjoyed the pool and spa so much. My husband and I got to use the paddle boats out on the lake in the back. We had family over for thanksgiving dinner and had a bbq on our last day there. Kevin dropped off a fresh propane tank for us. The trip was a blast. The house was perfect for us and we can’t wait to stay there again.

Excellent

Kevin was gracious and allowed us to check in early since we were driving all day. The pool/spa was amazing, located in a private area. Plus each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. Grocery’s and shopping were less than a mile away. The view of the canal from the back of the house was incredible. Overall an amazing vacation experience.

Perfect family house

Family of 4, quick 4 day weekend. House was clean, pool was AWESOME, Hot tub was HOT w jets! Best part was the canal for fishing w kids, kayaks, stand up paddle boards gave us hours of fun! Oh and the house came w 2 fishing poles! Iguanas everywhere which was cool! Bedrooms were comfortable and clean, keep then was just right for a family of 4. We spent most of our time out back which was peaceful and spacious. Will return next year! 5 stars!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at Cypress Lakes. The property was located on a peaceful canal. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck in the morning and having dinner out doors. Kids loved the pool. Enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Very close to beaches, shopping and everything we needed. We would stay here again. It was a great family vacation!

Just Perfect

The view of the canal was great. The neighborhood was quite. The pictures doesn't show how cool the property is. I will be going back soon.
