Nous vous invitons à venir séjourner dans notre maison au bord de l'eau de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, parfaite pour toute la famille. Situé à Pompano Beach. À quelques minutes de la plage et à proximité d'un choix illimité de restaurants et de centres commerciaux, vous ne vous ennuierez jamais. Notre piscine chauffée et notre espace ont une clôture à l'épreuve des enfants pour des vacances sans souci, surtout si vous avez des petits qui courent, idéaux pour le plaisir en famille. Faites griller des steaks sur le barbecue et profitez d'un dîner à l'extérieur en regardant les bateaux naviguer sur la voie navigable et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle dans le style du sud de la Floride. L'arrière-cour est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir après la plage et prendre un petit happy hour, s'asseoir et regarder les lamantins ou simplement pêcher sur le quai. La salle familiale / coin cuisine s'ouvre sur le patio et la terrasse de la piscine où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de votre propre cadre de villégiature privé. La maison est pleine d'équipements mis à jour, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée, la climatisation centrale, une buanderie à domicile, une connexion Wi-Fi par câble / gratuite et un espace de vie ouvert

Vous êtes à 15-20 minutes en voiture des plages de Fort Lauderdale, du magnifique boulevard Las Olas au centre-ville de Fort Lauderdale, du parc Mizner au centre-ville de Boca Raton avec des magasins, des restaurants et des films incroyables au cinéma sur place et à 10 minutes de Deerfield Beach.

The property was beautiful and very clean as stated in the property description. The private pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and delightful. The views of the Cypress lake canal from the living room, the back patio and the dock were absolutely stunning especially the sunsets. The interior renovations complement the property very well. We look forward to our stay in the future at this property.

The house was spacious for our family with four bedrooms and the our bathrooms. The outside area was great with a pool in the front, and the back with plenty of lounge chairs, a nice deck, and grill. The hosts were very responsive.

Amazing old style Florida home directly on the canal. Pool was so much fun. Easy drive to Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea. Supermarket close enough to walk to. Would definitely recommend.

Nice spot

This place has an amazing vibe. When you’re sitting in the living room, it looks like you are floating on the water from the intercoastal. We loved the hot tub as well! The outside of the pool surroundings probably needs a good cleaning, and or painting of the house, and the lawn furniture is a bit dated, but we overall had no complaints! Would stay there again!

Awesome intimate home on the intercoastal

We’ve been to this property twice. It’s very quiet, and directly on the intercoastal. We loved having breakfast in the morning watching the water and wildlife. But the biggest draw for us is the private in-ground pool and hot tub surrounded by a block wall. Very intimate. Updated kitchen and living room. Very nice!

Check in process was just a key under the mat. Neighbors truck was blocking half of the circle driveway. The description failed to mention to get to one of the bedrooms you have to go through the double bed-room. The double bed-room's bathroom lock is on the outside of the door. The double bed-room hallway if both doors are closed it makes a vacuum and has a constant noise. Most of the locks in the house don't work you can just literally push the doors open. The master bedroom had intermittent power outages. One of the bedrooms the only light that worked was one lamp. The sprayer on the kitchen faucet came off, my husband was able to fix it.Had to contact Vrbo Care because the host would not respond to me. When we first got there the pool was filthy. Sediment on the bottom, leaves and trash in it and it looked like it was 6 in too low on water. There was a green line around the pool like it doesn't get cleaned regularly. The host did send a pool guy, and he fixed it that night. AC never shuts off no matter what the thermostat was set on so the house was always freezing. The house was clean with the exception of the pool when we first got there. Really enjoyed the back being waterfront which is great for fishing. This could be a wonderful place it is in desperate need of some TLC. Just not worth the 3200 I paid for the week with all the problems. And no offer was made for any reimbursement of money.

We’re sorry to see this review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred during the guests’ stay. The guests were provided detailed check-in instructions and three contact numbers for any questions or concerns. We remained in communication with them throughout their stay and addressed the issues they brought to our attention. The pool concern was handled the same day they checked in, when we immediately sent our pool service professional. The guests appeared to expect the pool to be cleaned and serviced every day, which is not the service provided. More importantly, the guests repeatedly violated our house rules, including having additional guests and parties despite being clearly told this was not permitted. They attempted to conceal this activity, and when we confronted them and reminded them of the rules, they became upset and threatened to leave a negative review. Many of the other complaints were either never brought to our attention during their stay or are inaccurate and misleading. The property was also left extremely messy, with a substantial amount of garbage throughout the house. We take legitimate concerns seriously and make every effort to address them promptly. Unfortunately, based on their disregard for the house rules and the condition in which they left the property, we would not recommend these guests to other hosts.

Family vacation

We had a great stay for our family vacation. Upon arrival, we were met by one of the property managers. He gave us a tour and explained the pool control panel. There was an issue with the refrigerator that was quickly resolved. The location is great with Publix and Dunkin a few minutes away. The beach was also a short drive. The pool area was really spacious and clean. The views of the canal from both inside the house and outside were amazing! Sitting on the deck drinking my morning coffee was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property in a great location

The owners were responsive to texts messages and came out right away to fix an issue we had. We had record breaking rainy weather during our stay which is out of everyone’s control but it was nice that there were puzzles and board games to help occupy a bored 8 year old. The pool and hot tub were amazing when the storms let up enough for us to use them. Also the property was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and was centrally located to everything in the Pompano/Lauderdale area. We had family staying in Lauderdale by the sea and were able to get to their place within 10 minutes.

Restful & Quiet

We totally enjoyed our stay! It was nice and quiet, absolutely beautiful. My husband enjoyed having his breakfast on the back patio every morning. We both enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was great, especially the refrigerator. They are currently replacing the furniture, but the very colorful and beautiful dining table is still there. The property manager was very nice, kind and thorough. It took us a couple of times to figure out how to work the hot tub. We definitely will be back. It is our favorite place out of all the places we have stayed the past 3 years. Thank you so very much for helping us make wonderful memories.

Quiet beautiful scenery

Probably is located on a quiet street pretty easy to find the pool spa area is really nice just needed to be cleaned up a little bit inside of the house was really nice the glass doors that you can see through the water through the deck was really nice the only thing is that the two bedrooms of the back of the house are connected but we were able to figure out to separate them by closing the one door going in and out of the pool area that way they didn't have to walk through the sleeping area the other bedroom but other than that honestly it's a really nice place we did have somebody come up to the house and wanted to park their vehicle under the cover where I was parking because he said he knew the owner and he was being persistent about it it finally had to tell him look when we leave you asked the owner to put the vehicle there cuz I'm not doing that but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Decided not to stay here after arriving

We ended up not staying at this vacation rental after arriving to find it unsatisfactory. Pool and patio furniture were filthy. Parts of the house inside were filthy. Absolutely no check in process. They just left the house key under the front door mat. We felt very uncomfortable the minute we walked into it. So, didn't stay and had to book several different hotels for our entire stay. I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Our cleaning crew left the key under the door mat because your arrival was very late at night ,When you called me I was already sleeping You told me that the patio cushions were dirty and the floor inside the house was also dirty, I offered you next day cleaning or different house to stay (even more expensive) located in the same neighborhood but you refused to take my offer and requested money refund. I did refund you 75 % of your cost, I didn't refund you 100% because I went to the house next morning and nothing was wrong there, just cushions outside were on the patio floor and a little dirty which it was rainy and windy the night before. I think you choose to stay with your friends and save some money.

Perfect Getaway

The property was incredible. The pool and hot tub were clean and towels, kayaks, and bicycles were provided. They even had a high chair for our youngest! Also, the property manager went above and beyond for us when we had a delivery arrive early to the property. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would certainly book again!

Great location

This property was great. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials need to cook your own meals. Good quality bath towels and beach towels. The beach chairs were great for our day at the beach. The intercostal backyard view was beautiful. They even have kayaks you can use. The bbq grill was a plus used it a couple of times for dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s on a cul de sack so no traffic noise. Pool and hot tub were used daily. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Super fun space

We were two couples coming for a tournament and we loved coming back and jumping in the hot tub. We cooked and sat outside enjoying the beautiful view. We had our our space with our own bathrooms. We really enjoyed the space. We would recommend this house!

Perfect views in a quiet neighborhood!

Three couples stayed here for a short vacation. We really enjoyed the location and amenities. The pool and hot tub was used every day to relax. The back patio with the canal view was beautiful! We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing poles as well. We really liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. It worked out great for us 3 couples to truly relax!

A Little Bit of Heaven on a Florida Canal

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters found this house after a last minute decision to gather in FL for a pre Christmas celebration. We each had our own bedroom and private bath. We kayaked, spent time in the jacuzzi, and pool, and sat on the dock and watched nature go by. We are foodies and the pantry and kitchen were were well stocked beyond expectations allowing us to bake and grill a couple of gourmet meals. Its proximity to West Palm Beach and Miami allowed us to meet friends from both places and enjoy several more excellent meals. Our daughters arrived overly stressed from work demands and within minutes began to relax. Next year we will stay longer and have time to use the fishing poles to catch our own fish to grill for dinner (if legally possible) since we saw and heard plenty. One was the largest any of us had ever seen outside of the large ones, such as tuna, that live mostly in the deep sea.
