Being at the end of a no exit road, you'll feel like you're tucked away with the locals yet only an 800m walk to Sand Dunz Cafe or a 10 mins walk to Muriwai Beach (4 mins by car)!

Look out on an enviable view of the Muriwai coastline, while being sheltered by the hillside behind. The house catches all day sun, so is bright, airy and warm all year round. It has large sliders off the living/kitchen/dining room that open onto a covered deck for indoor/outdoor living.

Local attractions include, but are not limited to, the Gannet Colony, great surf, an 18-hole golf course, horse trekking, bush walks, and mountain biking.
