The Orchard Vicarage
This magnificent Smart home at Sandy is huge with plenty of bedrooms along with family rooms and game room also. It is located in between a beautiful balance of city and mountains. Furthermore, you can rejuvenate golden moments under the blissful night sky in our enormous backyard.
With a great access to everything, our home is spotless, comfortable, and quiet relaxing for a vacation stay.
The rented-out floor has 4 bedrooms with King Size bed in each one of them and with conveniently located bathrooms next door. The bathrooms are facilitated with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The lobby of the floor is wide and spacious too.
One can have amazing night-ins and watch movies on TVs provided in every room.
A kitchen allows for food storage and prep using the following:
• Refrigerator
• Stove
• Microwave
• Oven
• Coffee Machine
To top it all, we have it packed up for you with edibles without a cost:
• Fruits
• Chips
• Bread and jelly
• Water
• Cereals
• Milk
• Sugar
• Bagel
GUEST ACCESS
The guests will be able to utilize the backyard entrance that will lead directly to the floor with bedrooms. As the house is built on a sloping surface, the basement does not seem so because you enter through a door reaching the floor without having to access any stairs. This unique built is one of our USPs that will give the guests a feel of living on the ground floor itself and not in the underground area.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
This is a "shared space". We live here and do our best to stay out of the way so you can enjoy your private stay
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This distinctive property has a vast entrance and the guest entrance is more than a 100 ft. wide. Our land spans across 1-acre land and over 10 cars can be easily parked in the private parking space.
With a backyard consisting of trees like grape climbers, peaches, apple trees, and pears, the guests can enjoy a star-filled sky, stunning views, and fresh fruit.
OVERVIEW
Not more than half a mile away from all the shopping stores such as COSTCO, Walmart and Southtown. All the popular chain of restaurants are located merely 2-3 miles away from here.

About 2 minutes from i-15 freeway, and half a mile from the train station.
