Large quiet secluded house located at the base of the Little Cottonwood Canyon where Snowbird and Alta are located. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully renovated with new carpet, paint, furniture, cabinets and appliances.
This is the lower level of a home with its own entrance. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle and additional driveway and street parking.
Each bedroom has queen size bed with new mattresses. The 4th bedroom with a queen bed also includes a twin size day bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV along with a 75 inch TV in the main area. Leather sectional couch with end and middle recliners.
Kitchen bar seating for 4 and dining room table area seats 6. Double door fridge with kitchen ice maker and water dispenser. Dishwasher, glass top stove and microwave. Includes drip coffee maker, electric water kettle, and toaster.
Bathroom 1 with shower, bathroom 2 with shower tub combo. Hair dryers and basic hygiene items provided.
Full size laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Iron and board.
This is the lower unit of a home to which is accessed from a covered concrete stairway. The upper unit may or may not be occupied. While all guests are subject to noise restrictions and quiet hours, it may be possible to hear some noises from normal daily activities.

This home is part of an HOA, which requires compliance to the rules and regulations of the CC&R's of the HOA. Guests who violate these CC&R's or behavior causes a complaint to be made to HOA, may be responsible for the legal costs of owner to defend the claim, and may also be subject to immediate removal from the property. There is an amazing orange cat adopted the property during renovations. Although he is an outdoor cat, he likes to greet guests and get attention. We have provided food and a heated cat house for him. Guests may choose to interact or ignore him and he will wander off elsewhere in the community.
