River Run 1807 is nestled in the heart of Sapphire Valley, offering convenient access to the ski slope, pool, fitness centers, tennis courts, and delightful restaurants. This townhome boasts three generously-sized master bedrooms, each adorned with two comfortable queen beds. Equipped with four TVs and a DVD player, your entertainment needs are well-catered to. Two of the bedrooms are thoughtfully situated on the main floor, while the third is located on the upper level.

The living area features a cozy fireplace and elegant French doors leading to a charming deck. Upstairs, you'll find a sleeper sofa along with the third bedroom. The deck itself is a perfect outdoor retreat, complete with seating arrangements, a dining table, and a convenient gas grill. Enjoy scenic vistas of the 9-hole Red Bird Golf course and, during the winter months, catch glimpses of the majestic mountains.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

The advertisement made it sound like stand alone structure it wasn’t! You could hear any little noise throughout house! The electronics we’re out of date and terrible(tv’s, dishwasher, washing machine dryer, oven!! Location was good and luckily we didn’t have to stay in condo very much!!

Great location and amenities, but the condo itself could use a bit of TLC

This is an amazing location! 5 minutes from Cashiers crossroads and Ingles, 15 minutes to Toxaway and 25 minutes from Highlands. We got to explore every corner of the mountains from our condo. The kids loved the amenities such as Fairfield Lake access for swimming, canoeing, and fishing, the pool, playground, and the arcade!! A few basic issues with checkin (gave us the wrong keys, and with no cell service, we had to drive back to pick up the correct keys). Also, a few things out of order: main television did not access the cable, outdoor furniture could use a refresh, and we had a lovely family of ants sharing our kitchen space. The bedroom/bathroom setup is really ideal for families and sharing- each having it's own bathroom! I think with a bit of TLC, this property would be quite perfect!

Great Getaway

This is a great getaway area with lots of beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls within a short driving distance. The home was nice and had everything we needed. We loved the area and are already talking about our next trip!

The property definitely needs sprucing up. The lay out was good for adults and children. There was a leak in fridge that a previous tennant had put a towel that froze on the shelf. Also no propane for fireplace and grill. We reported the problems on Tuesday and nothing was done. So we couldn’t grill as expected. We left on Saturday and tried to tell the people at the front desk and were ignored.

Spacious townhome

Beautiful decks overlooking woods, well situated in the community. Three large master bedrooms. Lots of privacy. Property needs some TLC. Furniture is a little tired. But when we arrived it was well stocked with every necessity. Would return.

My family and I stayed at 1809 River Run for 10 days around 4th of July. There was ample room for everyone. Location was perfect as we were in walking distance to the Sapphire resort pool and church. Even though it was on the road leading to the resort there was some traffic, however, the location is very serene. We had friends visit on 4th of July. My daughter, niece and their children ages 2 to 13 attended the festivities be held at the Sapphire resort. They were able to walk from 1809. I would highly recommend staying in River Run!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was our first in a town home. We usually rent a house but we're too late to rent one. So, we found this town home large enough for our family. It was a totally different experience. The town home was in walking distance to all of the facilities - swimming, exercising, playground, etc. our adult children loved it. They took their children swimming, had massages, played on the playground. So, although a different experience than being up on the mountain, it was a great experience. I did miss the high Mountain View's , but for our families, it was perfect. The property management folks couldn't have been better! They were there promptly to change light bulbs on the entrance.
