Only a 15 minute drive to Lunenburg, this decorated two story home is located in Feltzen South on the South Shore of Nova Scotia with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Lunenburg can be seen across the bay.

This home is only steps away from Spindler's Beach, a sand beach well known for beach glass. This home has two bedrooms, one on the main floor and one on the second floor.

This home has a full bathroom and half bathroom on the main floor, as well as a half bathroom on the second floor.

The home is equipped with a propane furnace for heating, and a window air conditioning unit for cooling on the main floor.

This beautiful older beach home sits right on Lunenburg Bay, with a view of the bay and the ocean right out the front window and yard. It is located in a private older beach front community and is quiet and safe.
