Located a 5 minute drive from the heart of Old-Town Lunenburg with stunning water views, this upstairs apartment offers the best of both words. This beautiful, modern suite is above a sprawling home with a large yard, private gazebo, pond, trails and private lake access. A home away from home with a full kitchen, laundry, living room, dining area, spacious bedroom, whimsical bedroom nook and a shared yard. Perfect for couples, small families or solo travelers. The space
Guests will have their own private patio space and will have access to the shared yard which features a gazebo and a small pond. Lake access is across the street and offers swimming and fishing. Within the suite, there is a large washroom with a shower, bathtub and laundry unit. The bedroom features a king size bed and the nook features a queen size bed. There is also a queen size air mattress if needed as well. (Space is best suited for maximum 4 adults as second bed nook and optional air mattress are in open living/kitchen area, or up to 4 adults + 2 children) This apartment is not suitable for young children due to us living in the main house below.

The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. Tea and coffee are provided. There are several grocery stores within 5-15 minutes of the house, as well as an abundance of restaurants in Lunenburg, as well as near by Mahone Bay and Bridgewater.

The T.V in the living and bedrooms are connected to Roku with Netflix, Max & Peacock available.

Free parking is available for 1-2 vehicles.

Lake access is across the street up on the left at the gravel pull off. If you drive please park to the left side to not block the pull off. Thank you!

We do live in the main house below, so please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m as soundproofing is limited. Note: we also have pets, so no pets allowed upstairs.
