This open floor plan Villa has the feel of a home is located in Complex Cluster 6 located WITHIN the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. It is situated on one of the highest point of the Resort surrounded by breathtaking views!
The Villa's Community pool is at the entrance of cluster 6 where the villa is located. This private Villa is on its own floor (3rd floor) with a private gated entrance and courtyard. The elevator is right outside the gated courtyard. A short and fun less than 3 minute drive along the golf course will take you to the beach.
No Lifeguards at Resident Pool.

Relax in this luxurious Mediterranean style villa, and enjoy ALL the amenities you are used to at home. The house-villa has 10 foot high ceilings, 2 full bedrooms (family room has a Queen Size pull-out couch), and 2 full bathrooms each with tub and shower. An additional half bath connects to the living room so guests never have to pass through bedrooms for lavatory use! Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, an attached private bathroom and double French doors from bedroom with private access to the balcony.
A queen size bed in the Guest room, full windows for beautiful ocean breezes, view of the pool, ceiling fan, wall to wall closet space with second full bath directly next to guest room.
There is assigned parking for up to three cars at the villa.

Guests have access to swimming pool, right in front of the Unit with a Gazebo , the clubhouse with bathrooms kitchen, refrigerator. Parking is available, it is about a 3-5 minute drive to Beach within the Resort grounds.

Hotel amenities such as the Hotel Beach (free), Bars , Casino, Restaurants, etc., are available, pay as you go.

There are golf and tennis facilities, check with pro shops or Concierge for price. Mention you are staying at the Rio Mar Villas for a specials they may be having. '
The Wyndham is the only resort on the island to offer two championship golf courses!

The Wyndham Rio Mar property is situated on 500+ acres with everything you can desire within the grounds to enjoy the ultimate Caribbean escape. There is a mile of secluded beach.

Rio Mar is located right across the road from the Caribbean National Forest "El Yunque" the only tropical rain forest in the US National Parks system. There are great hiking trails to waterfalls, tropical plants, orchids, beautiful views and more as you walk or drive through this tropical paradise. A short drive to snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, blue-flag beaches, kayaking, fishing, championship golf courses, gambling, horseback riding, ATV, and the Fajardo bio-luminescent bay (one of five in the world). If you feel adventurous plan the day trip to Culebra Island and Flamenco Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world according to Conde Nast's Traveler magazine, or book a full service sailing with one of the many Catamaran outfits out of nearby Fajardo.

If you want to indulge in the local culinary experience, you are within a 10 minute drive to the Luquillo "Kioskos", where you can enjoy many of the local foods such as the local "pastelillos" or pastries/turnovers, BBQ Pork, turkey and chicken, Sea food galore, from whole cooked fish to the famous "Mofongo Relleno" or fried and mashed plantain hollowed out and filled with seafood. Try the local french fries called 'Tostones' which are twice fried plantain chips...One of our favorite restaurants at Los Kioskos is "Las Parilla", great food , local beach and people.

Old San Juan and World-class Restaurants, Museums, Convention Center and Event Facilities are a very easy 30-45 minute drive via the Road 66 Toll Road. Puerto Rico is famous for the Rum made on the island and you can't miss the tours of rum distilleries in San Juan and in Ponce.
