This was our second trip to Bluffton and our second stay at this great villa on the Promenade. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Location is about 20 minutes to any of the beaches on Hilton Head Island. The place is VERY spacious and for the most part quiet. The outdoor seating options are wonderful and our family enjoyed the cooler evenings with dinner together. My only suggestions would be to add some USB/alternative charging ports for the bedrooms. A Keurig coffee maker would be a great addition as well. Overall, this place is a cannot miss - love to visit again sometime in the future!

This is one of my all time most favorite places my husband and I have rented. Just fabulous. The inside feels upscale, comfortable, clean and taken care of. We loved having the balconies to overlook the happenings! I was worried about being on a street, but it’s more like a small town, and the street isn’t used for a through-way for main traffic. Noise was never a problem for us & I am sensitive to such things. The master bedroom looks out to a natural area so it feels so tucked away in such a central location. The bed was very comfortable.We have family that lives in Bluffton and will highly recommend anyone visiting them about this place. We hope to stay there again in the future.An absolute jem. We loved it.

Beautiful and Convenient

Overall our stay was pleasant. It was clean and had everything we needed. The variety of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops was great. There were just a couple things that were not ideal. The live music on Friday and Saturday night was extremely loud. We enjoyed it for a bit, but then it increased in volume about the time we were ready to sleep. I recommend bringing earplugs. The other issue was that the cleaner(s) next door vacuumed at 9:30pm one night and it was really loud when I was trying to sleep. (We are early to bed and early risers.)

Wonderful property and location!

Old Town Bluffton was perfect

This is a beautiful condo in Old Town Bluffton, close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and exactly as described. We really loved the porches. It’s a short drive to the beaches on Hilton Head Island. We’ll definitely go back to Bluffton in the future.

Wonderful Villa!

Everything was great about this stay. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is in the heart of Bluffton just steps away from all Bluffton has to offer. Will definitely return.

Great Labor Day Weekend 2024

We had a wonderful time in Old Town Bluffton. This property was ver clean, had everything we needed, very responsive, and convenient location. We actually enjoyed the music coming from the bar downstairs, but we knew that was the case and they were down by 10pm. Parking was sometimes harder to find, but again we knew this when we booked this property. I would do it again, especially since we were all adults.

What a beautiful stay in downtown Bluffton

This townhouse is beautifully decorated with lots of charm. Many restaurants close by. One restaurant is right next door and they have live music that shuts off right around 9pm. Never bothered us and we enjoyed sitting on our porch listening to it. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was so clean. Lots of square footage for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in old town bluffton

The property was located right on the main strip near bars, restaurants, shops and walking distance to parks, the water, etc. It was much bigger than we expected, and truly a wonderful stay. Our one and only note is that on Saturday night there was loud live music directly outside our home until 9:30PM which was a little tough with the babies going to bed. Luckily for us we had no trouble finding parking, but in busier seasons you may have difficulty as it's first come first serve in an area where many might be coming to shop, eat, etc. Grocery stores were a quick 6 min drive, and Hilton Head Beaches were only 10ish mins away. We also spent time in Palmetto Bluff (20 mins away) and Savannah GA (35 mins). Lovely visit!

Review

The property is well maintained, clean and adequately equiped. However, it is not clear in the listing that this property is upstairs with no access to an elevator. It was difficult for us (we are in our 70's) to get our luggage upstairs. There is an elevator of sorts that we could have used to send our luggage up the stairs, however, this was not available to us. Parking is a nightmare. The listing did say, "parking is first come" which we now know is it's at a premium. If you move your car, that space is not availale when you return. This property is not for any individual who has any disability or unalbe to climb stairs, carrying luggage upstairs. I would not have booked this property if I had known all the details I have shared.

Nice Stay

Great location

Great location in old town Bluffton!! There were delicious restaurants within walking distance which was nice and convenient ! The only real issue we had was the door lock..it took us 15 minutes to get into the townhouse when we arrived. It was very frustrating. There has to be easier ways to access the townhouse. Also having an assigned parking spot near the townhouse would be nice especially when you have luggage and stuff. Another suggestion would be to have tv’s in the 2 bedrooms.

Classy and Cozy

This is a beautiful and clean place with spacious bedrooms and lovely decor. We really enjoyed the porches and the swing! Worked out great for our family and we loved being in downtown Bluffton! It’s a great little town and the people are so friendly! Nice to be close to shopping and be able to get to HH beaches too!
