Cozy get away, great location

This place is lovely and cozy. It's a short walk to the West End of Commercial Street. We loved our stay and the host is kind and communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was the perfect condo for a long weekend. It was a quick 2 minute walk to Commercial Street but tucked away on a quiet side street. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in P-town

We had a lovely week at this apartment in a perfect location, very close to Commercial St and walkable to beaches. The apartment was clean, adorably decorated, and had an amazing deck that got a lot of sun. It was very dog friendly and our pup loved it. We would love to come back!

Perfect spot!

Rhian's place 100% suited our wants and needs for the weekend. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio, grilling, etc. And the location is unbeatable. Looking forward to staying at Rhian's place again soon

Perfect location; cozy apartment

We loved our long weekend stay! We walked everywhere, and lounged on the giant sofa, had great sleeps in the bed. Really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and how easy it was to communicate with the host. We'll definitely be back.

Such a cute stay!

We had a perfect weekend stay here at Provincetown! The location was great - walkable to downtown’s main attractions but far enough away that it was a quiet street. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated- our favorite part was wine on the cute porch! Would definitely stay again and recommend to groups of 2-4 people.

Perfect weekend accommodations

Great location just slightly out of reach of the fray, but still close to everything. Easy parking and very short walk to commercial street. The space was perfect for our weekend trip with a great deck to sit out on and relax. Hope to visit again!

Lovely Ptown apartment

The apartment was cute, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed - the kitchen was fully outfitted and there was a gas grill on the deck. The street is quiet and just two blocks from Commercial St. Maria was very friendly and responsive to questions. We had a great week and would love to stay there again!

Awesome Short stay

First time to Provincetown and we are so thankful to have found this property. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of tons of restaurants and commercial street. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Having non street parking available was a big plus. Would definitely recommend.

Sweet week on Winthrop Street

Had a truly lovely stay. Rhian and Maria are incredibly welcoming and had numerous nice touches, including some bubbles and cheese upon arrival. The house would be a bit challenging for very tall people as there are tons of architectural nuances that take a bit of navigation given you’re on the top floor of the house. There was AC in the living room and good fans in both bedrooms. Potentially would have been hot if we had not been able to bring both fans into the one room we were staying in but hard to know for sure. It was also very hot (weather wise) during our stay. The deck was cute and the grill got us through all the restaurants closing for sewer gate. It’s located very close to the grocery store and liquor store, which is great. Overall, the location is ideal. We would certainly stay here again.

Little more attention to details needed

Unit was sweltering upon arrival. AC should have been on well ahead of our arrival. Took 10 hours to cool it down and floor fan for 1 bedroom didn’t work. CATV wasn’t working and batteries died in remotes on night 1. Side door deadbolt doesn’t lock (not aligned to latch). Back porch is a jungled mess (overgrown vegetation). Not enough bath and paper towels. Otherwise, great location and beds were comfortable. Spacious enough for 3 adults and was very clean.

Adorable home in perfect location

My husband and I spent a lovely few weeks staying here. The home is one of the best we've found in all our vacation rentals over the years: well furnished, comfortable beds, cute decor, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor space, and PERFECT location- close to the business of Commercial St. but a few quiet blocks away. Easy walk to the gym, the grocery store, the bike rental, and all restaurants/bars.

Would stay again for sure!

Great location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were greeted with fruit, cheese and wine on the kitchen table. Our dog loved the can of treats, just for him. Laundry was easy to access in the basement. It’s a short walk to Commercial St. and we rode our bikes to the beaches. We look forward to renting this space again!

Cute place-great location!

Tastefully decorated, clean and very close to all of the Ptown restaurants and shops, yet far enough away to feel quiet and residential. Highly recommend.

Amazing Location, Amazing Hosts!

The location of this house is PERFECT. 2 blocks from main Commercial Street so you can escape the craziness but still only be a 5-minute walk to all that Ptown has to offer. The hosts were amazing and responsive, and the house was very clean. The deck on the back overlooks beautiful greenery and was a perfect place to hang out!

Great location! Plus parking!

The location can’t be beat, close to all of town but not in the middle to hear it. Super close to Joe’s Coffee and Shipwreck. The space is small but worked great for us, and the living room was very nice. The only potential downside is if you are super tall, the bathroom is tight! Overall we loved the place and the host was super responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect P-town Stay

We had a wonderful time! Maria was helpful & friendly and left us a lovely welcome basket of wine & snacks. The apartment is charming & in a perfect location - center of town but still very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
