Beautiful beach setting. Home was cozy, quiet, and clean. Linda was lovely, available, and helpful. The beach and the sunsets were amazing. I wish I could live there! :)
We've rented a lot of cottages, but never from anyone as kind as Linda. A truly, terrifically caring person who was super welcoming and amazingly attentive. And she has a very sweet cottage, classically "Cape Cod" in the best traditional ways.
We love this little mouse house on corn hill! What a cape vacation should be !!

Very cute cottage, was much smaller than expected. Linda was great, sweetest lady ever! Beach is right across street, not much traffic as it’s on dead end road. Location is awesome… very centrally located to go do lots of things. Ptown 15 min, Chatham 45 min, lots of beaches , restaurants, stores, gas…. All close. My 11 mos old pup absolutely had the best vacation ever as well.

Charming--- romantic---best place we have stayed in cape cod
We were charmed by the fire place, the out door shower, and roses painted on the ceiling.
We were able to have a bonfire at Corn Hill beach. I've never seen such a sublime sunset.
Best place we have stayed on cape cod!!!!!!!!!!

Everything and More
This cottage was exactly what we hoped it would be. Cozy, immaculate, and steps from a miles-long beach. Could not have asked for a better off-season spot.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the sunsets, the beach, the phosphorescence, and that you loved the cottage.
The beach is steps away from front door, and had the most beautiful sunsets each night. Dogs are allowed at the beach until second weekend in June (although it was a restricted area because birds were nesting). It was pefect!

I am so overjoyed that you had a wonderful vacation delights my soul… I too love the sunsets in the sun rises in the natural beauty that surrounds us by the seashore is not to be missed. I’m glad you saw them every night. :-)
If you want your week 2024, just let me know, ! lots of love.
Great location across the street from Corn Hill Beach. The property owner, Linda is great and very responsive. It's nice and quiet at night. This is a rustic small beach cottage (Wild Rose) and if you are up for that you'll love it. If you want something modern with lots of space, look elsewhere.

Very rustic
While the location was great, at least in late September, the cottage was basic at best. I also think that having to bring your own sheets and towels should be highlighted in the description. Lovely beach!
Beautiful spot - these are the “Rose” cottages right across from Corn Hill beach - amazing sunsets, swimming and walks on the beach. Really cute cottage - we cooked, did some BBQ outside, and Linda was really great and took care of us and all of my questions. No A/C, but it wasn’t needed in the evenings we had great cross breezes and everything cooled down nicely.

It was my pleasure to have the great luxury of getting to know you both. I am so very happy that you love the Wild rose and looking forward to the next time you’re back to the stay .The natural beauty just gets better every year you come,!!! You are both a joy and a blessing. All the very best thank you ,Linda.
A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.
We’ve always loved Corn Hill beach so we’re thrilled to stay here as you cannot get any closer. Our family of four (2 adults 1 toddler 1 I infant enjoyed our stay. Pros - the location is absolutely amazing, the little cluster of other cottages created a fun and neighborly feel, Linda was helpful at keeping us up to date as Covid changes emerged and the beds were super comfy. Cons - the cottage while cute felt a little neglected—-the windows didn’t properly open and close, some of the furniture and fans were not all in good repair, and the overall it was not terribly clean.

Pros:
Great location, one minute walk from Corn Hill - town of Truro bayside beach.
A typical Truro vacation spot: not crowded during the day, quite in the evening.
The dozen cottage cluster is well maintained with just enough room between the cottages.
All the rooms are clean and cozy.
Beds are very comfortable.
Windows are new-ish and all worked great to control the breezes and keep out the rain.
Cons:
Furniture and furnishings are a bit more "flea market" than "cottage cozy" but everything you need for a week is provided.
With twelve surrounding cottages (many with pets) noisy neighbors could be an issue. Fortunately, we had no issues.
My wife and I had a wonderful time and Lynda the manager answered all my questions you’re right across the street from Corn Hill beach and it can’t get any better than that, just grab a cocktail and watch those sunsets
This cozy cottage was everything we needed for a week at the beach! All the essentials in a tiny house, perfect for my little family and dog. Would have been a little tight on a rainy day, but we had perfect weather so we stayed outside!
