Week at Pleneuf-Val-Andree

Lovely, little house with lovely facilities. Toilet was downstairs, which was a bit of a hassle at night. House was first property on a quiet cul de sac, but was next to a fairly busy road, at times, so was a bit noisy if sitting in the garden. Lots of road fumes apparent. House was well stocked and close to all amenities. We had a great time. Didn't sit in the garden much as weather was changeable.

Super quinzaine

Maison super pour 1 couple et 2 enfants. Hyper propre, très bien équipée. Les hotes sont charmants. Petit jardin magnifique. Tout confort extérieur comme intérieur. Nous avons pu visiter la cote de st malo a paimpol. Les paysages sont magnifiques. Merci

Tres belle maison et ville de Bretagne

A moins d'une heure de St-Malo et encore moins de St-Brieux nous avons passé de tres bons et beaux moments en famille dans cette superbe maison qui offre un bon confort et un tres bel extérieur. Les propriétaires sont tres accueillants. Merci à eux.

Au bon accueil

Nous avons séjourner à 2 dans cette charmante maison confortable. Ici tout a été prévu par les accueillants propriétaires, d’abord le cidre à l’arrivée et les conseils. Puis une jolie déco partout. La cuisine très très bien équipée tous les ustensiles sont présents, ainsi que la vaisselle. Le jardin tout mignon, nous avons fait un barbecue entre deux averses. Nous n’avons pas eu très beaux temps pendant notre séjour, mais les promenades au bord de mer ont été féerique pendant les grandes marées et nous nous sommes divertis avec les nombreux dvd et le petit plus Netflix dans la chambre. Ce lieu est une jolie étape pour explorer la côte.

Eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir haben die 1. Juliwoche in dem Haus verlebt. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Was uns unangenehm überrascht hat war die Verkehrsdichte und die damit verbundene Geräuschkulisse der direkt an dem Haus vorbeiführenden Straße. Abgesehen davon aber ist die Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses hervorragend!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, wurden sehr freundlich mit Blumen im Haus und Leckerei empfangen. Bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen sollte die Rollstuhlgeeignetheit rausgenommen werden. Für Gehbehinderte ist die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmer schwer zu bewältigen und die Stufe vom Wohnzimmer zur Küche ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir hatten Pech mit Baulärm in der Nachbarschaft, dafür können die Vermieter nichts und das mindert nicht die vergebenen 5 Sterne. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, uns hat es gefallen. schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus bietet einen gemütlichen großen Wohnbereich, eine schöne Terrasse und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es 10-15 Minuten Gehzeit, mit dem Auto aber nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. In der Nähe sind das Kap Fréhel und das Fort La Latte sehr sehenswert! Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine schöne Woche mit Hitzerekord

Ein schönes kleines Haus mit allem was man braucht! Netter kleiner Garten mit gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, nur die Straße mit den sehr hellen Straßenlampen stört etwas die Idylle am Abend. Wir haben uns die ganze Woche sehr wohl gefühlt!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus und seine Ausstattung sind zutreffend beschrieben. Die Kommunikation und der persönliche Kontakt mit den Vermietern waren unkompliziert und freundlich. Die beiden "Zentren" des Ortes (Pleneuf und Val-Andre) sowie beide Strände lassen sich fußläufig oder mit dem Rad gut erreichen. Gerne haben wir aber auch den kostenlosen "Distribus" genutzt. Dank des guten Wetters in unserer Urlaubszeit konnten wir den schönen Außenbereich des Hauses prima nutzen. Der Verkehr auf der angrenzenden Straße war nur selten störend. Von Dahouët (gehört auch noch zum Ort) bis Erquy ließen sich schon in unmittelbarer Nähe gute Entdeckungstouren unternehmen. Für unsere Ausflüge im Gebiet zwischen St. Brieuc, Saint-Malo und Lammballe fanden wir unsere Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt ideal.

schönes kleines Haus nah an Strand und Küste

Sehr schön modern eingerichtetes und dekoriertes Häuschen, tolle modernes Bad und voll bis ins Detail ausgestattete Küche. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Sonne bis in den Abend. Sehr netter Empfang und Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Gute Lage, sowohl nah zum Strand und zur Steilküste als zum Einkaufen. Wir würde gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hébergement très agréable et très bien équipé

Une petite maison à recommander ! Bien située, à 10 mn de la plage, elle est très agréable et rien ne manque en terme d’équipement. Nous avons eu beau temps donc avons apprécié la vie dans le jardin, lui aussi bien équipé, bien que plus petit que l’idée que l’on s’en fait sur les photos, mai suffisant pour en profiter !

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten für wirkliche Erholung in Meernähe

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und aufgräumtes Haus mit allem notwendigen Komfort. Die Lage an der Straße stört aufgrund des geringen Verkehrs überhaupt nicht. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und zum Meer sind es weniger als 10 Minuten. Zum Bäcker (hat auch am Sonntag auf) auf dem Marktplatz läuft man nur 15 Minuten. Die Objektbeschreibung ist sehr genau. Der kleine Vorgarten und die Inneneinrichtung sorgen für Entspannungsgarantie. Die freundlichen Gastgeber runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Alles im Haus hat funktioniert und war auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Haus, wie auch der Vermieter haben die 5 Sterne daher wirklich verdient. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sind erholt nach Hause gefahren. Vielen Dank

Gemütlich und gut gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Ort oder am Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war über email oder Telefon jederzeit möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
