Be aware: this place is TINY; about as much total floor space as a smaller-than-average hotel room; it just happens to be laid out in the shape of a tiny 2-story house. You might be surprised how small it is. If you have any mobility issues (lots of up/down stairs) or if you are particularly big, this property will not suit you very well.
That having been said, we liked the place a lot. The kitchen is fantastic: full sink, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, full compliment of dishes/cups, silverware, pots/pans, and other amenities. The bathroom is small but serviceable. Upstairs, the futon/sofa and bed are very nice, Roku TV works well (we casted from my Chromebook). The porch is similarly tiny and kind of hard to get to (have to squeeze around the bed to get out the door) but once you get out there it's a very comfortable place to hang out.
One warning: the property doesn't include a parking space and on-street parking in Ocean City is a confusing patchwork. Late in our stay a spot opened up directly across the street (11th St) which was free (no meters). Most other streets have meters and the regulations are different on every street; so -- read the signs carefully!
Loved the area, particularly Bungalow Bowls which is right next door; I went there 3 times in the 4 days we were there! My wife also really liked the used-book store around the corner. The unit is just the right distance from the beach; not too far to walk, not too close which avoids excessive noise.
