Wonderful Mountain Top Getaway

My family spent over a week at Lisa's townhouse and loved every moment. We felt so at home. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots/pans/utensils/condiments/baking supplies that you will need. Even though it is at the top of the mountain, it is short drive to downtown Jackson and Storyland. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Awesome Accommodations

The place was everything we expected and more! Lots of amenities, toys and games. The place is beautiful and so are the views! The master bedroom has the best view of mountains. Perfect for our family!

Cozy, comfortable, and super clean home. The gathering space in the main living area was perfect for a larger group to cook, eat, and spend time together. Comfortable beds for a great night sleep.

Town house was modern and large , perfect for family get together. Black mtn. is a smaller un crowed area. We had a powder day and was like we had our own mtn.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Black Mountain home. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The house was very clean and the kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchens I have experienced while doing short term rentals. It really has everything you need. There were games and toys to keep my kids happy and occupied. Even though it is at the top of the mountain, it is a short trip to downtown Jackson and Storyland. Lisa is very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay at this house when back in the area.

Perfect Property

Stayed at this property for a family wedding at Whitney's Inn. The condo was perfect for a our party of 8 adults. Enough room to find privacy and a big gathering area kitchen/living room. Kitchen well appointed and condo very comfortable for all of us. Lisa (owner) very responsive and communication was flawless!! Definitely would stay again!!

Wonderful Family Weekend

Perfect weekend. Owners were very responsive, answered emails quicky and gave great suggestions. We were told we could check in early and they gave us a late checkout. The home was cozy and comfortable with lots of great open space. The ski trail was literally outside the back door and allowed for a hasltle free way onto the mountain. The fireplace was a great way to end the day after skiing. The home had everything we could have wanted or needed. We cant wait to come back!

White Mountain retreat

The house is near some great hiking trails and golf courses. The neighborhood is quiet, but not too remote. It is just a short drive from several restaurants where the staff are friendly and the food is good. Jackson, NH did not feel touristy, which we appreciated. The property owner answered all my questions before our trip and maintained contact with me during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is outfitted with all the cooking amenities we needed, and there were plenty of children's toys for our grandson to play with. We had three generations of our family there, and everyone was comfortable and greatly enjoyed themselves.

Fabulous getaway

This was our second stay. Just as wonderful as the first time. 10 steps from the house we were able to ski to the lift - very convenient. The condo is large with a warm comfortable layout and the bedrooms are spaced out so that there's plenty of privacy. The owners are very conscientious and very easy to work with - they even go so far as to leave a box of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies for the renters' enjoyment. One final point, sometimes we run into less than fabulous stemware and barware - not here. Lovely wine glasses. Lovely martini glasses. Big shaker. Great glasses to drink every day beverages. It's the little things that make me happy. Thank you Lisa and Alexander.

We recently stayed at this property for a mini family ski vacation. The condo was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked. It was great to stay right on the mountain especially with little ones. We will definitely look to stay here again. 5 stars

Black mt home

We rented this home for my wife and her two childhood friends that all turned 70 this year. It was above and beyond what we expected. If anything it was over equipped with everything from silverware to towels. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. Really enjoyed the fireplace on the cool nights and the rainy day. Would rent this home again without hesitation. There was only 4 adults but this home would also be wonderful for families.. Lots of games , puzzles, and a giant chalkboard. The rental company was also a pleasure to deal with. They let us know in a timely manner of check in/out procedures and supplied us with phone# and email contacts in case of problems, we had none. Thank you all involved for a memorable week.

Great stay for 9 adults

We had a great weekend in Jackson. The house comfortably slept 9 adults (with two couples sharing the bunk bed room), with plenty of space in the kitchen and living room(s) to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. Most exciting was the town of Jackson itself -- we had warm weather and pleasantly found that everything we wanted to do, from hiking to swimming in the waterfalls to eating at good restaurants, could be done within a ~10 minute drive from this house. We loved the charm and convenience of the town. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Black Mountain Getaway

Beautiful home with a wonderful view and gracious and caring hosts. We loved everything about it and really enjoyed our stay. This home has everything you would need for a few days or more. Tons of space, comfortable beds and even a jetted tub in the master bath. There were board games and video games and best of all you are a short drive to most of the best local attractions and right there at the Black Mountain Ski resort. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Amazing communication and location

My husband and our 2 year old daughter did a trip with both sets of parents and our brother and his wife, this was such a great experience. Sadly the mountain wasn’t open all of the days of the trip due to covid but the one day it was available we did the ski in ski out experience and there was nothing like it. My husband and I skied in the morning, had a drink at the lodge while our non skiing parents watched our daughter, then skied back to the house to put our daughter down for a nap , and then skied back out during nap, and back in for lunch and then to take her out with us! We ended the day back at the lodge with the whole family and listened to some live music. The ability to do that was unlike anything we have done before and cannot think of any other way to do it in the future. The house couldn’t be beat, it was so perfect. Especially the downstairs for our toddler so the sounds of the adults after she went to bed was completely muted with the sound machine. Jackson is such a cute little town we can’t wait to be back. Lisa is hands down the best host we have ever rented from. She was so detailed and communicative , and understanding when some of our plans unexpectedly changed. She is a very kind soul and you could feel the energy through all of her communication. We would Give this stay 10 stars if possible ! Highly recommend , especially for multi generational families. Thank you Lisa !

Wonderful

The house was immaculate. Everything we could need was provided. Communication was exceptional with the owner and we had a great time. Beds are super comfortable and everything worked the way it should. Nice dishes, glasses and pans. It seems like all the small details were thought of and felt like a home more than a rental.property. Skiing was tough, the mountain is definetly "old school" and the trails were not very well maintained at all. (Obviously not the properties issue but figured I would add it here for someone who isn't familiar) We will definetly be staying there again.

Amazing Thanksgiving Stay

My brother's family and my family rented this property over Thanksgiving and had the most amazing week. The place is even nicer than it appears in pictures, and has everything you need in a home away from home. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the place is quite spacious. The areas is awesome, with lots of good nearby hiking trails and great restaurants with takeout options. Lisa was fantastic to communicate with and helped ensure that we would have everything we need to cook a delicious meal. We definitely look forward to coming back to this property!

Even better than the pictures

We absolutely loved our stay here. As a blended family with teenage girls and one younger girl, this was a perfect spot. Everyone had their own spaces to go to and the shared spaces of the kitchen and open living room were wonderful too. The owners are incredibly easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location is great for summer but we also think we may rent again during winter.
