Welcome to The Yachtsman Cape Cod. A beautifully maintained complex of privately owned townhomes. The Yachtsman features its own heated pool and a 2 minute walk to its own private beach. You'll love our unit *All Decked Out* which boasts FIVE outdoor decks! A private deck off the main floor family room, two private decks off the 3rd floor master suite, a private deck off each of the 2nd floor bedrooms. Wake up, step outside and get wrapped up in that warm ocean breeze and smell the salt water air! This unit is ALL DECKED OUT :) Recently underwent a refresh and remodel, you'll be greeted with refreshed paint, new area rugs, new bedding and more!

This townhouse style unit includes a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dining area seats 6 (4 comfortably) and living room area includes new Roku smart TV and access to outside deck with gas grill. On the second level, you'll find the main bath with shower/tub combo and 2 bedrooms. First guest bedroom sleeps 2, in a queen size bed, and includes AC, Smart TV, private deck, and large closet. Second bedroom sleeps 2/3 children, with bunk beds (full bottom/twin top), and includes AC, private deck and large closet. On the third level you'll find the expansive master bedroom, which runs the entire length of the unit, boasting private decks at the front and back of the bedroom. Bedrooms sleeps 2, in a queen size bed, and includes AC, Roku Smart TV, sitting area and private bath with shower stall.

Wifi included. Washer/dryer units are located in the basement. Infant pack and play and a toddler booster seat also available for families traveling with young children. Please note: this is a townhouse style unit with 3 levels. Not ideal for guests who have trouble with stairs.

Outstanding Place!

We love staying at All Decked Out! This is a great location as a family with young kids the location being less than 500 feet from the beach is a must! Kids love the pool as well, and less than a mile from the great seafood restaurants down the road (everything is walkable). The hosts were very attentive and easily reachable if needed. Highly recommend!

Everything within a short walk

Wonderful location. Bunk beds worked great for the kids with room to spare. The other two bedrooms were very spacious. Pool and private beach are within a few minutes walk. Near lots of restaurants and several other beaches nearby. Wonderful host. All questions were answered within hours. Highly recommend.

Great Cape Cod stay

Had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Wished there was a king bed in the master and wished the beach on property was a little nicer. But the house was perfect for kids!

Fantastic Stay

The location is very convenient to walk to dinner or snag the ferry to the islands. Great beach for little kids with no big waves. The heated pool was a big hit too!

Delightful stay

The home owner was responsive. Check in was very easy. The home was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed and we made use of the grill. Although the pool was closed for the season, the grounds were very nice and it was a quick walk to the beach. We were close enough to the town center to walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed sitting in the hammocks on the porch.

Great ocean front get away

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with a heated pool and sandy beach on the property within a short walk to a large public beach on Nantucket Sound. The 3 bedroom condo was fully equipped and in excellent condition. The owners were gracious hosts responding promptly to our questions.

Absolute gem

This property is fantastic! Check in was a breeze and the owner is very communicative and responsive. The property is immaculate and the kitchen is very well-stocked. This property is particularly great if you have kids- a booster seat, pack and play, and bed safety rails were waiting for us. The beach is steps from the front door and it’s within walking distance of downtown Hyannis. If you’re looking for an easy stay, choose this property.

Great location for Cape escape!

Had a great time in Hyannis. All decked out is in a terrific location with 1/2 mile walk to town/main strip. All we needed to do was unpack- the unit is updated and kitchen is beautiful (and pans/dishes/utensils all there), the bedrooms and living rooms are all nicely decorated, there are plenty of bath towels, hangars, dressers, beach towels, beach chairs all already there!! Property has a nice pool and it’s own private beach overlooking the harbor. The owner made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and answered questions we had about what was in the area(bike rentals- mini golf- markets). Highly recommended and we look forward to going back! Although it was not an issue for us I would point out that if traveling with anyone that has trouble with steps this would not be a good fit as bedrooms and bath are at least one flight up.

Wonderful week in Hyannis

All decked out was perfect for our friends vacation. Steph was a fantastic host. The unit was very clean and fully stocked. Great location. Easy walk to the ferries and a few restaurants. I would definitely stay at all decked out again.

Great family vacation stay

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children really enjoyed this home. It was exactly as advertised and the check in process was made easy by Stephanie. She was responsive and answered any questions we had. The home was located steps from the private beach and it was very convenient. We also had beach towels, sand toys, and many other things provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation!!!

My family and I stayed at All decked out in late July. The property was amazing very well kept. Love the private beach and close proximity to the condo. The owner Steph was absolutely awesome with all the accommodations and very responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone young and old. Close to the ferries and shops. 5⭐️. We would definitely come back for another stay. #alldeckedout

We hope our guests have a great experience in our home. This isn't just a rental for our family, it is truly our "home away from home". Because of this, you'll find the property is clean, updated and well taken care of. Our family purchased this townhome in 2019, after having spent time on the property with other family members who are owners. It is a great community, well taken care of, and the amenities and location cannot be beat!

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our townhome. It has the unique benefits of an on-site outdoor heated pool as well as a private beach. The property is quiet and peaceful, but also under a mile to the Hy-Line Ferry Terminal, fishing, whale watching and walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. Want to explore all The Cape has to offer? Our mid-cape location lets you explore other towns all within a short drive.
