This freshly remodeled cape named Shore Positivity offers spectacular water views across Dean's Pond to Vineyard Sound. Have your coffee on the deck as the sun rises over the ocean. Relax and play in the big yard made for BBQs and lawn games.

Basement playroom with an air hockey table and 50'' TV gives the kids a hangout room especially useful if it's not a beach day. Outdoor shower.

Short walk to and from Marketplace. Fishing on Dean’s Pond 200ft away.

Exactly what we were looking for

The house was good. Plenty of space for all of us. All one floor, was great for my grandma, and a beautiful view was the perfect way to drink coffee in the morning, and cocktails at night! Easy walk to the beach. The air hockey table in the basement was a fun surprise! For kids who like to fish, the pond would be fun. The only criticism I can think of: not enough lighting, especially in the kitchen. Would stay again.

We love Poppy and this sweet house lives up to its name ...AND MORE! Amazing views, comfy beds, great deck and yard. Mike and Katie provided every appliance you might need in the kitchen. The blender made great frozen cocktails, mocktails, and smoothees. Beach is beautifuk and a short walk. My grandson loved feeding the turtles after dinner off of the footbridge. Very friendly neighbors. Thanks for making summer 2024 special and one that we will never forget!

Perfect family house

We booked a last minute stay at this house for our family of five. The house was very clean when we got there and filled with all the necessities for a week away at the beach. The provided beach towels, chairs, beach buggie and beach toys. The house was filled with all the necessities including extras of all kitchen and cleaning items. They even added littles extra touches like fresh flowers and high end hand soaps. The best part of our stay with sitting on the deck overlooking the pond and beach. The beach was less than a 5 min walk and a ten minute walk to the marketplace. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful House

We had an amazing stay. Checking in was seamless., The house was clean and beautiful. The location was gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There are spectacular views of the water from deck with an easy and short walk to the beach. We especially loved the marker area which is located just a short walking distance from the house. The market area contains everything you could want including: a breakfast cafe, a deli/market, a pizza place, a wine bar, an ice cream parlor, gift shops, and restaurants with the largest lobster rolls I have ever seen. Mike and Katie, the property owners were easily accessible and very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the house and will hopefully come back in the future. Adam Steinlauf

Why they chose this property

Beautiful beaches. Quaint shops and restaurants at the Marketplace. Mashpee Commons 3 miles away. We also love this area for kids. The Community House offers daily activities for kids, Bingo Night and have the freedom to make their own fun riding around on bikes.
