The residence is kept at night during the months of July and August and pets are allowed.

Location calme et idéalement placée

Très bon séjour. Location calme, au milieu des pins. Facilité de parking. Bien placé par rapport à Lacanau, où nous pouvons aller à pieds/à vélo. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Cela donne envie d'y retourner !

Tranquille Paradis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Christian est sur place à l'arrivée et au départ, il nous a vraiment accueillis de manière très sympathique. La maison est calme et idéalement située. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre le village et les plages à vélo, à environ 1 à 2 km. La maison ne laisse rien à désirer, sauf peut-être un lave-vaisselle. Le petit jardin fleurit dans de belles couleurs. Vraiment un petit paradis pour notre petite famille. Merci beaucoup!

unas vacaciones estupendas

Una casa muy bonita en un pinar precioso. Muy bien equipada y muy cómoda para dos personas. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Todo está muy cerca, la playa, el lago, la localidad con las tiendas... Para nosotros la combinación perfecta de tranquilidad, playa, ocio y deporte. El dueño de la casa es muy agradable y formal. Repetiremos.

Il est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de nettoyage de la vaisselle, de l'électroménager ainsi que des coins de l'appartement pendant l'intersaison. (Reste de sauce dans les plats, vaisselle et poignées de placard très grasse, toiles d'araignée partout)

SUPER URLAUB

Wir, Claudia und Maik, sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier bei Christian (2014 und 2016) In dem kleinen Häuschen fühlen wir uns wohl. Die Aussagen im Inserat sind voll zutreffend. Die ruhige Lage im Pinienwald ist sehr schön und durch Sichtschutz und Bepflanzung von den Nachbarn abgegrenzt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gut durchdacht und man hat genügend Stauraum. In der Galerie ist zusätzlich noch ein Dachfenster eingebaut, wodurch auch nochmal zusätzlich Licht in den Wohnraum gelangt. Ein paar zusätzliche Haken für Jacken oder Handtücher unter der Treppe und im Schlafzimmer wären schön. Christian ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert und es klappt alles immer reibungslos. Wir fühlen uns bei ihm gut aufgehoben. Was uns an Lacanau gefällt und weshalb wir auch gerne wiederkommen ist einfach die herrliche Lage mit den unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten, die der Ozean, die Seen und die Pinienwälder bieten. Als Restaurant können wir La Braconne in der Allee Pierre Ortal empfehlen-der gegrillte Fischteller war super ebenso die Muscheln mit Speck und Champignons. Wenn es mal was Atlantik-Untypisches sein soll, dann empfehlen wir das Lotus mit thailändischer Küche an einem der Kreisverkehre. Da gibt es auch leckere Rum-Cocktails. Als süßen Snack unbedingt die leckeren Chichis probieren, die ganz frisch Mittwochs auf dem Markt angeboten werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Un très bon séjour à Lacanau; le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique.La location est conforme aux photos: joliment décoré, propre , bien entretenue; la douche à l'Italienne super agréable après une chaude journée.Un endroit au calme ! bref une location à recommander pour visiter une région remarquable: à 5 mn de la plage, des balades à vélos ( que le proprio à la gentillesse de prêter) , à 3/4 d heure des vignobles réputés ...

La mer est facilement accessible à vélo, possibilité de se baigner également dans le lac plus calme pour les enfants. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, il nous a même gentiment prété deux vélos. très bien pour 3 ou 4 personnes

Excellent séjour au sein de cette location, calme et très bien située dans les pins. Idéale pour des vacances au calme et à quelques minutes de la ville très animée. L'intérieur de la location éait tout à fait à l'image des photos transmises par le propriétaire. location idéale pour 2/3 personnes (un peu juste pour une famille) De très belles pistes cyclables autour de Lacanau permettent des déplacements sans voiture et de superbes balades dans la région. Très belles plages et très propres. En raison des fortes vagues, plages moins adaptées aux enfants .... Nous recommanderions cette location à nos amis !

Ferien am Meer

Das Gebäude ist eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mitten in einem Pinienwald. Die Terrasse ist von Aussen nicht einsehbar, mit Mauer, Zaun und Gewächsen umgeben. Ebenerdiger, grosser Wohn- und Essraum mit Küchenzeile, dahinterliegendes Bad. Über eine Treppe ist eine grosse, offene Schlafgalerie erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und in guten Zustand. Alle Dinge zum täglichen Gebrauch, für Küche, Bad sind vorhanden. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, zudem der sehr nette und freundliche Mieter alles erklärt und beschreibt. Die gesamte Abwicklung ist sehr unkompliziert. Die Ortschaft Lacanau-Ocean, ca. 1 km, bietet alles was benötigt wird. Angefangen vom Supermarkt bis zu den vielen kleinen Läden, mit frischen Obst und Gemüse, fangfrischer Fisch, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Cafes, Bars und Restaurants und vieles mehr. Zum Meer sind es ca. 1,5 bis 2.0 km. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Pinienschatten, plage sud. Endloser Sandstrand. 10 bis 15 km entfernt 2 riesige Binnenseen mit Süßwasser. Wir werden dort bestimmt wieder Urlaub machen. Ideal für 2 Personen, oder kleine Familie. Waren jetzt schon 2 mal dort und freuen uns auf das nächste mal. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Joachim.
