Welcome to our new vacation rental! A beautiful comfortable serene 2-bedroom with 2-bath home on a 5-Star, 55+ resort located just walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and salon. Three onsite pools (they're building a 4th one, hot tub, gym, racquetball, tennis courts, pickleball, horseshoes, baseball diamonds, woodworking shop, cardio room, massage therapy, billiards and so much more open to use for renters to enjoy their stay in our home. Including 2 adult 3-wheel bikes to get around!

Very clean and wonderful place. Easy to find and close to many things. Pools were super lots of chairs and friendly people. Kitchen had more things than we could ever use. Would be great for long stays. I would definately love to stay again if I get back to Mesa. Hosts answer quickly when you have questions. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

We were so busy with family celebrations that we didn't really have time to explore the resort. However, the house we stayed in was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. And, very nicely decorated, just charming. Chuck and Cynthia were great. I'd love to come back when we have more time!

The house is in a 55 community. The communication with the host was excellent. The house itself was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was fully equipped, which we do not see very often. Thank you for that!! The ammenities were great! We played pickleball a few times during our short stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location is great next to some nice hiking in Superstition mountains. Would stay here again! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

The Great Escape

The property was well maintained and beautiful. Everyone was so kind and nice to visit with. We loved walking around and just looking at the area. We hope to come back soon and spend more time. Even considering it to be a place to retire in a few years. Loved the home and the community.

Wonderful place!

We were absolutely thrilled with this place. Everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly, welcoming community. Beautiful grounds with so many activities . The owners are extremely responsive. It was a fantastic experience.

This property is amazing with all the amenities. The property is very comfortable and supplied everything needed! Cynthia and Chuck are wonderful hosts and are very quick to respond to any inquiries though out the rental process. Will definitely stay here again...it it is open!!!

Loved this place!!

We stayed for one week in Mesa, and fell in love with the property/resort. Great swimming pools, pickle ball court, and tons of things to do here! We were able to communicate with the host if we had any questions. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was more that adequately stocked. Great place, wish we could have stayed longer but work was calling us. We highly recommend if you are in the Mesa area.

As natives of Colorado, we have spent over three decades enjoying the Rocky Mountains with our families. From the time they were infants, our family enjoyed camping, hiking, fishing, and the nearby mountains.

We have infrequently visited Arizona, where Chuck's parents lived for more than 20 years as snowbirds in Mesa, Arizona. We appreciate how different the scenery is from Colorado, which is hot and dry with saguaros. We fell deeply in love with the Monte Vista resort, and the locals were really welcoming. His parents passed away at this point, so we made the decision to "adopt" their home.

We wish you the same sense of enchantment as we do when you explore the area. OUR FAMILY VACATION HOME IS HERE! We kindly request that you show the respect that our house and the places you visit deserve. Leave no trace and tread gently. We are so happy to have you stay at our house, and we hope to see you again soon!

Originally constructed in 2000, this charming home has undergone extensive renovations by us. Activities inside the resort's 80+ acres are only a short distance away; you can walk or ride your bike to go around. It features an open kitchen, dining area, living room, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We're not that far from the pool you see in the photo—just a short stroll away!

The Superstition Mountains are visible from our home! It's fourteen miles distant for a drive. If you enjoy hiking, you can have a picnic at the neighboring lake where you can see a variety of saguaros, cacti, and, if you're lucky, lovely flowers.

Enjoy this peaceful retreat close to amazing hiking, stores, and museums. You may also choose to sit on our terrace and read your favorite book (book exchange is included) while taking in the breathtaking sunsets. This home features a guest room and a private bedroom with a king-size bed on the main floor.
