Large 5BR House, Pool, A/C, Solar/Tesla Batteries, 5 Min Walk to Dorado Beach!

Located in the safe and quiet Dorado del Mar gated community (with restaurants, bowling alley, gaming center, and casino), our beach house features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, private salt water pool, and large outdoor covered terrace with built-in grill and bar. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and includes air conditioning in every room, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Only a short 5 minute walk to the Dorado beach, our spacious beach house offers all the amenities of home! We are travelers ourselves and are committed to providing a fantastic vacation experience!

The Dorado public beach is child-friendly and features bathrooms and a variety of food/drink vendors. Many of the beaches on the Northern coast are not safe for kids as waves can be very big or there is a dangerous undertow. Due to the presence of a coral reef just offshore, the Dorado beach has gentle waves and no undertow, making it perfect for children!

Our beach house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (with great neighbors!) so we must respectfully suggest that if you're looking for a party house our home will not be a good fit for you. We welcome families to our home that look forward to spending time by the pool or the beach and wish to explore all the cultural, historic, and natural treasures the islands of Puerto Rico have to offer.

We have exterior security cameras on the property that monitor the front of the house, the alley next to the house, and the rear fence. The pool area is not being monitored. We respect your privacy but we want to ensure that all our guests have a safe stay in our home.

Our focus is on providing the perfect house for your family to have an awesome vacation! This bright and airy house is super close to the Dorado beach and has all the features you're looking for: safe neighborhood, air conditioning, private pool, brand new appliances (including washer and dryer), five bedrooms, five bathrooms, Google mesh Wi-Fi, smart TVs (no cable TV) and a covered outdoor bar/terrace to spend your days or nights. Plus, for emergency use the house has solar panels/Tesla batteries and a backup water cistern.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional! The house was exactly as represented-even better. It was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation-spacious, immaculate, and private with all the amenities you could ever need on vacation. And the beach was wonderful and, yes, a short walk from the house. But beyond all of this, Rob and his staff went above and beyond repeatedly- they were truly amazing-constantly checking in by text to make sure we had everything we needed while we there, and also providing great communication, flexibility, and information prior to our arrival. We are grateful and we can't wait to return to this wonderful property with our family! Thank you so much!!

Rob and Heather thought of everything when it comes to staying in their beautiful vacation home. The house was spacious and great for our family and friends of 8. The twin bed bedroom came in clutch with our 5 and 7 year old. The teenagers had their own rooms and well as the 2 couples. From toiletries down to pool and beach stuff…they have it all. Rob and the property manager, Val were helpful in recommending locals stores and restaurants. We ventured out some days and other days we stayed in by the pool and grilled. The outdoor space is just as fantastic as the indoor. The rental property is located in a convenient area, close to shops and restaurants! One thing you should do if you stay here, is pack less, The washer/dryer comes in handy! WE loved it here and will be returning!! Thank you, Rob and Heather!

Spacious and safe

The home is spacious for a group but the back yard is the crown jewel where we spent time grilling out around the pool and under the covered conversation area!

Casa Brisas for comfort and fun

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Brisas. The house is spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and nearby beach with a calm surf. The Embassy Suites next door has nice pickleball courts which we also enjoyed. The owner Rob and the local manager, Valery were very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. Nearby there were plenty of restaurants, a Walgreens, a bakery and much more. To our preference, this was more of a quiet residential area than a touristy one. Casa Brisas is perfect for those who can bring on the fun without a lot of the noise!Lydia N.May 31-June 6

Family Vacation

The property served our large family very well. Pool was great and only a few blocks to walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants are nearby and highly recommend a new restaurant just outside the gate called The Winery. Food was great and since we do not speak Spanish the owner came out and accommodated us in English.

Lovely Home, but

The house was very spacious, the mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. And it was wonderful having a private pool. Unfortunately, we had issues with the following: hot water only on day 1; due to moldy appearance, we purchased a shower liner for one of the bathrooms; the A/C in one of the bedrooms was leaking, and we could not watch TV until night fall due to light coming in through the front door.

Wonderful Home - Highly Recommended

We had an amazing stay at this five-bedroom home in Puerto Rico! The saltwater pool and outdoor area were the perfect spots to relax after spending the day exploring the island with family. The house was spotless, and the property manager was incredibly proactive, ensuring everything went smoothly. We had zero issues during our stay and absolutely no complaints. We’d gladly consider staying here again in the future!

Best stay ever!!!

From Booking till arrival it has been a five star experience. The house was beautiful the property manager Val was a pleasure to communicate with very informative and helpful to any questions we had and our needs were met with 100% attention at all times. The owner was a pleasure to talk to very accommodating and personable at any time day or night. The entire vacation was beyond my expectation, and I will definitely be returning on vacation to this home. Thank you again to Rob and his family for opening up there home to us. .

Family and Friend Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic time staying here! Rob was always so quick to respond to any questions I had, and the property manager Claudia was so friendly and gave a great tour when we first arrived! The house was amazing! It is stocked with so many amenities that we really appreciated! We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip!

Best decision!!

I cannot brag enough about this property! It was perfect for our stay! The beds were great, the kitchen amazing...and the pool? We had so much fun making memories in Dorado! I would not hesitate to rent this house again. Rob (owner) and his property manager Val, were amazing with answering questions and Val even came over to deliver batteries when we discovered a remote needed them! Just great GREAT customer service, and I could not wait to leave a very good review, because I cannot wait to go back! I would love to return next time, with my family!!

Perfect for family reunion

This property is in a lovely family neighborhood and is spacious with all the kitchen, gathering, dining and bedroom needs for our 10-person reunion, plus comfortable outdoor spaces. There is a 9 pm noise curfew so plan your outdoor fun for the early side. There is about a 10-15 min walk to get to the nice beach but once there it is lovely. Easy access in 45 min to Old San Juan and 1.5 hours to get to El Yunque and points east.

Thanksgiving week 2023 - Dorado

We rented the house for Thanksgiving week 2023. The listing is very accurate of what you can expect. The house is beautiful, large and comfortable, with everything you might even remotely think you might need already provided to you. The location is very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and the beach. We made it to/from the airport is San Juan in under 1 hour. The pool was a big plus, having the option to swim in Nov was awesome to our little one. Overall I was extremely happy with our stay, Rob the owner and Valerie the manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

I have stayed in about 19 different houses in Puerto Rico over the years that I have worked there and this is the best house I have stayed at, hands down. It was very clean, spacious, great location, very close to beach. The property manager was very welcoming and even the owner reached out the day we arrived and gave us his number in case we needed anything. There were 5 adults and 2 small children and all of us loved our stay. We are definitely going to book next year. We finally found a gem. Thank you Val and of course Rob and your family for sharing your great home with us.

Perfect Vacation Home

My group of 8: 4 adults/4 teenagers were comfortable- each couple shared a master bedroom, teenage boys had their own room and girls shared a room. Within 5min inside the house everyone got in the pool- great backyard space- full bbq setup- dinning and conversation area. Great air conditioning. The property managers are also very sweet,informative, and supportive. Walking distance to the beach, short drive to pharmacy, supermarket, and nearby shops and restaurants. I would definitely love to return to this home.

Fabulous house

Perfect- has everything you could ever need. Great pool. Well equipped kitchen. Child proof was a plus for our baby grandson. No steps. Comfy beds and living room. Loved it!!

Highly recommend!!

My family of 8 just stayed at this house for a week. Very spacious house and everyone had their own room/bathrooms. Centrally located to all of the activities we planned for the week. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Property owner and property managers were very attentive and checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Easy access to the beach and we also enjoyed that backyard pool. Will definitely stay again at this property next time in Puerto Rico.

If you’re considering booking this property, do it!! You will not be disappointed! The property is immaculate and everything you dream of in a tropical island vacation! The house and neighborhood reminded us of something right out of a Disney movie!

Highly recommended

Our family has stayed in several different locations in Puerto Rico for winter vacations. This one is by far the nicest we have booked. There is a beautiful outdoor pool and shaded patio with a wet bar and dining area. The owners and property manager were especially helpful orienting us to the location and answering any questions.

Everything we hoped for

This is a lovely 5 bedroom property with a secluded patio pool area. Dorado beach is a short walk away. Supermarket and restaurants close by. We love the Dorado area and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again.

We live with our three girls in Saratoga Springs, NY and love to spend part of the summer at our Lake George house and winter at our beach house in Puerto Rico. We love ballet, traveling, music, and good food and drink! Our favorite places to visit are: Charleston, Puerto Rico, Miami, and California - all warm places with palm trees!

For several years, we traveled around the island looking for the best place to purchase a family vacation home. Our conclusion was that Dorado offered us everything we needed: Proximity to a safe, clean, and child-friendly beach, quality shopping, and good restaurants and bars. When this house was listed we jumped at the chance to purchase it! It is located on a very quiet street of beautiful homes only about 500 meters from the ocean. You can walk to the beach from the house! When we're not at the beach, we enjoy the large covered outdoor bar - it is perfect to spend the warm, sunny days. Or relax at night while food is on the grill. The house is large: 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - perfect for two families traveling together. We know you'll love it as much as we do!
