Increíble comodidad y un entorno elegante en este gran condominio frente al mar. Balcón privado con vistas a la arena y el agua y tiene una terraza privada con acceso directo a las olas rompiendo. Condominio totalmente equipado que requiere que solo dejes tus maletas y salgas y te diviertas. Complejo privado íntimo cerrado de solo 20 unidades. Great place with direct beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. She was always prompt responding to our questions.Overall, a great property and great location.

This place is a hidden gem!! Amazing through and through!! Lily was so kind and answered all of our questions! The apartment was beautiful, so cozy and the beds slept great! The views are to die for!! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Location

This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. Unit is about a 45 minute drive to San Juan, and there is LOTS of traffic heading to and from San Juan, so it was always nice to get get back to this quiet unit after a day of exploring on the island

Good experience

Nice property. Asked multiple times for clarification regarding bbq grill and never got it, ended up buying charcoal. Other than that, a great stay!

Great Villa & Great Location

The location at Mar Chiquita is a great location. The apartment/villa is literally just 25 yards from the beach. Greta view from the balcony, and one only needs to walk down two short flights of stairs and then stroll out 25 yards to be on the beach.We were greeted by Lilly who is awesome! Very informative and helpful.The apartment/villa is very clean and has all the amenities one needs to enjoy a great respite.December is a great time to come. The weather is great, no shirts or shoes needed.Thank yoou Scott & Carlos!

Relaxing Vacation

My stay here was perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday. Waking up each morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Playa Mar Chiquita was so close and a beautiful beach to relax. Lily and her husband were great hosts! Excellent with communication and they made the experience that much better. I hope to visit again someday. Thank you for everything!

Beachfront Bliss

Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return.

Beautifully decorated home with great view and proximity to the ocean.

Loved the decorations in this home. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. She even helped us get an extra beach chair since there was only one available. (That would be my only recommendation—that there be enough beach shares to accommodate the number of people that can stay in the house, and that they be the kind of chairs that recline. Other than that, we literally have no complaints.) It’s a great place! Highly recommend

What a view!

The view was amazing! The unit was clean and well stocked. It was decorated so nicely. Beds were comfortable. The property manager was also great with communicating for the check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

A piece of paradise

From our meeting with Lili until our departure we felt at home, but with a better view. The apartment was spotless, the view lovely, and the area quiet. A one minute walk to the beach, five minutes more to mar Chiquita.

Its okay

There is nothing wrong with this property per se, but it was not right for my family. The positives - right on the beach, nice view. Negatives - the overall complex is a bit run down and dated. Also, the complex was a bit deserted so lots of privacy, but maybe too isolated for us (may be it was the time of year). We ended up moving to a different property closer to the airport with more people and activities.

Beautiful Spot, quiet location!

We had a fantastic week. The beach right outside the house was perfect for walking. Walking the short jaunt to mar chiquita was excellent for hanging out and playing in the water. Gorgeous, clean, perfect location. We loved it.

Great view!!!

You can’t beat the view!! It’s gorgeous! I would recommend a deep cleaning. The storage room by kitchen was terrible. You could throw everything in it away. There was a definite smell mild dew maybe. Some lights n fans didn’t work.. Out door patio also needs cleaning and updating. Where’s the BBQ … you need one. Could have great potential with some cleaning n TLC!!

A Trip to Paradise

Took a nice long trip to P.R. We stayed at the condo for 10 days. Access to the property, pool and beach is super easy. The views of the beach are absolutely amazing! The condo is spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. Mar Chiquita Beach is a short 5 minute walk and a beautiful view. Be advised the water is somewhat rough, lots of waves and currents at both the condo beach and Mar Chiquita. And, there is a little hidden cave right across from the entrance to the condos-your own mini cavern. Condo: needs more plates, bowls and silverware. There was only a set of 4 and they did not match so we had to clean them constantly. You can get a set at Walmart (Corningware for inexpensive addition). They are nice and durable. More cups would be better too. The unit had sufficient amount of baking and cookware. A/C units functioned very well, kept us cool. The property Manager, Alejandro was most helpful in providing directions to the property. It is a gated complex with security guard so we felt very safe. There is local grocery store just a 5 minute drive from the condo. Or, Walmart is a short distance away for anything you might need (Subway, Burger King and local fruit stands nearby). This is a lovely getaway and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and majestic view worthy experience.

Great Spot!

This place was very clean and perfect for me, my husband, and one of our children. The views are amazing! The access to the water is limited due to the nature of the beach, but the water is perfectly clear and warm. Snorkeling is available right next door at the park. I am only giving a ding on the check-in process because we arrived late at night and the security guard was not there to let us in to the complex. This is not the owner's fault! Luckily a neighbor drove up and let us in, otherwise we would have been sleeping in our car for the night.

Beautiful gem.

The accommodations were perfect for my family of four. We took day trips and explored el yunque and several beaches. The beach at Mar Chicita is breathtaking. The water was pretty rough so we didn’t do any serious swimming but it was still an amazing experience. Our apartment and entire complex are very well cared for. I would return and recommend it to others. Thank you for offering such a great spot.
