The house was very nice and in a great location. There aren’t any reclining sofas like we thought there would be from the original photos.

Great communication with the host. My only small complaint is that the bathrooms could have been cleaner and that is not on the host. It is definitely on the cleaning crew. Overall the house was very clean and very nice neighborhood.

Perfect location for some great Tulsa golf courses. House was clean, host had great communication. Will definitely stay at this home again.

Loved the stay, beds were comfy and clean. The secondary bedrooms were advertised as having queen beds, but they didn't seem like queen size.

This rental had all the accommodations we needed and more.Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did not need to contact the property manager but would like to thank him and his team for making our stay memorable and relaxing. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a nice place to relax .

Absolutely perfect for us!

The property manager was communicative and the place was sanitized before we got there. The house is spacious and fit perfectly for my family. The 4 kids were comfortable and it was a good location. We will definitely stay there again when we come back.

Clean and Roomy

We enjoyed the house it had plenty of room for 3 people to stay in separate rooms. Clean and the owner responded to any questions quickly. Nice quite neighborhood to sleep in for a couple of nights.

Quiet Neighborhood

Great location, quiet neighborhood, newer home, clean and easy entry. Ralph was very responsive when trying to connect to the wifi (never were able to but Ralph tried to help). One thing I would suggest is requiring guests with dogs to pick up after their pet as we did so the backyard is clean.

Nice property

We enjoyed the property, it was new construction and clean. I would suggest the owner add more wash cloths, mixing bowls, and a baking pan. The only negative was the owners requesting we wash all linen and towels. I have never been asked to do this and I am not spending my last day doing laundry. I put everything in the laundry room and started a load.

Very greedy

There was cat hair all over the bed sheets. Even though this was the condition of my bed sheets the owner still wanted us to clean any bed sheets that we slept on. On the website it said checkout was at 12 but when we got there a sign said that if we don’t checkout out before 11 an extra $50 would be charged. Why not just list the checkout time as 11 then? Very greedy.

Questionable

This has the potential to be a great property, however until some changes are made I would not recommend. Place was mostly clean, with the exception of crumbs on the floor and spider webs on wall and ceilings. Bedding was very suspect. We were unsure whether the bedding was clean and if it was, the beds were very poorly made and one guest bed didn't have a top sheet on it and the other guest bed had holes in the fitted sheet and hairs on it. When we took the sheets off before we left, some of the pillows were filthy and just need to be thrown away. When we arrived, the washer was full of sheets (unclear if they were clean or not) and the dishwasher was full of dishes. The master bathroom towels were very thin (you could almost see thru them) and there was no bath soap in either bathroom. The shower rod in master bath was not put on correctly so the curtain wouldn't close as needed. Master tub drain was very slow. Thankfully, the bathrooms were clean. The furniture was not comfortable. The location was good, the area was good.

Tulsa & surrounding area visit

The house filled our needs with three beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two tvs and laundry. It was comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and it wasn't far from a grocery store and restaurants. Its location provided easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. We were pleased with this house.

Not great

The master bed was lumpy, there were no curtains on any of the windows so the sunlight was shining through, no plastic dinnerware so not kid friendly, the floors were very sticky, the beds had hairs in the sheets so you can tell they weren’t cleaned properly, the walls were dirty, the towels were old and stained, the towels were like sandpaper, overall we were unhappy with the property.
