Great space
The space was great for us with travelling as a family and pets. It has easy access to highways, the neighbors were all kind, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The space was well kept and the property manager was very kind! We would stay there again.

Family meetup
Met up with family, VERY good accomodations. Quiet neighborhood, lots for kids and adults to do. Tooks kiddos to aquarium and adults to Hard Rock at night. Would definately recommend and will probably book again. Great communication with host. Easy check in check out.

Nice location but had a bug problem
Got in late and couldn't get in due to not having the code. Did call Ryan and he answered within 10 minutes. The first night my 6 year old grandson came into the master bedroom saying he had bugs on him, not having been there before I just thought it's Oklahoma and there are bugs. There were bugs in the shower and in the master bedroom as well as dead bugs on the window sill and on tape on the sliding doors. Turns out they were fleas, it took us a few days to figure out what they were and once we did I called Ryan. He said I could stay and buy some spray from the store or I could find another place for the last night. I bought spray and sprayed the entire house but did stay somewhere else that night. I was told by Ryan he had another property that had a flea infestation that took a month to resolve and his bug guy went by the next day and didn't see any. I did spray the night before and have pictures of the fleas and bites all over myself and my family plus 2 new puppies I had picked up 2 days before. Ryan refunded me for the one night I couldn't stay there. In my opinion I feel there should have been a little more compensation considering my grandson as well as my tiny puppies could have gotten severely sick or died from the flea bites. I would recommend checking closely for bugs when staying at a place that allows pets.

There were no bugs found by 4 people that went and looked after their stay. Even the professional bug guy found nothing and she admits that. This guest was a discount seeker. I have had an experience with fleas from a guest and know what to look for. Unfortunately some people have poorly kept pets and it ruins it for everyone else. I would not have given her any discount but I already gave my word that I would pay for the spray she got and one night and I always keep my word. I had no idea she would leave me this terrible review. I take it seriously when someone talks bad about my business since this is a main source of income for me. Also this guest had the code but didn't read the instructions I sent. If you are a discount seeker, please stay somewhere else.

Overall good place
The place was good. furniture was not overly comfortable, but adequate. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances, but was woefully inadequate on items to actually cook. The only skillet was an extra small size that would only fit 1 egg. We knew we would only be at the house for breakfast, so had purchased breakfast foods for our stay. My husband ended up going back to Walmart to purchase a set of skillets, a spatula, and a mixing bowl. We left this stuff there, so the next guests will be able to cook something. If you are hoping to cook more than breakfast, good luck!

Cute little place!
We stayed with our three kids and pups to explore Tulsa as mini vacation. The house was clean and had all of the basics and a few extra (good supply or towels! We brought our own after running into some without any!) The yard was safe and well maintained, the neighbors with the dogs were sweet as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and our stay again! The only thing we didn’t love was the lawn crew at 9am but I was glad to see it was maintained regularly!

Wrestling in Tulsa
Very convenient location if you’re in Tulsa for wrestling. Very quiet neighborhood and accessible neighborhood to EVERYTHING. We recommend staying at this location especially if you need to be within walking distance to the Expo Square.

Just the right house for us
This house was perfect for dogs. They loved the huge fenced yard. The house is well appointed and comfortable, especially the bed. We definitely would stay here again. Next time I would bring a bar of soap!
