Nice clean house on a quiet street, plenty of room, walk to Meganset Beach, rent a bicycle from Art's and cruise down Shining Sea Bikeway, play cards and foozball, find the ping pong table over the garage.
This was our second time renting this property and it was just as great as last year. Nice house with excellent amenities, close to the beaches and plenty of space. Beds are comfortable, good air conditioning, 3 bathrooms. Worth the value and highly recommended.
Really enjoyed our stay!
House was immaculate when we arrived. Kitchen is well appointed with good appliances (Jenn Air). We had one hiccup in getting the dishwasher to start; pinged the host and they called within minutes on a Saturday (my son had figured it out just before they called!)
0.7 miles from Megansett Beach, very close the Shining Sea bikeway trail head. We beached it, went kayaking and bike riding!
The house has a large back deck with a Webber gas grill. If the wind is up, you can be out there a little bit; if not, you'll have bugs to deal with! Once you step off the deck, you are into a dense swamp (so you don't want to let the dog off the leash else you'll have a muddy mess to clean, but the outdoor shower can help with that).
Highly recommend the location and the host!
House was beautiful with modern amenities, game rooms, large kitchen and quiet backyard lounging area overlooking woods. Close proximity to major routes with most beaches just a few minutes drive away. We recommend getting a non-resident beach sticker for the week so that you can visit all 10 beaches Falmouth has to offer. We love this part of the Cape because it is quieter and has plenty of general stores and markets. Definitely was worth the trip.
Getting lock box info and electronics working(tv) was challenging. Jerry was a bit short with me but ended up coming through and making things work.
We never used down stairs or bonus room.
House itself was great.
We took trash out Thursday evening but recycle was never collected.
