We had an amazing time. The owner was super responsive, the ac had issues one night and he had a guy out there and had the issue resolved the next day. It was a wonderful place to get away.

The house was bigger than I expected. Plenty of space for everyone. There are 3 refrigerators which came in handy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing food for 16 people. We had a wonderful 3 day family reunion in this rental. I highly recommend this property.

Great Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our extended family getaway. It had plenty of room for our four families and great amenities for both the kids and adults. Our favorite part was the location though. We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!

Great place for our bridal party to stay!

Bob was the best host, and the property was exactly as described. Plenty of toom for my parents, my daughter...the bride...and all 4 of her hridesmaids and their spouses to stay. It was a perfect place for yhem all yo get ready for the big day.
