Seattle NorthCountry - all the Pacific Northwest's mountains, waters, & charm with Seattle only 16 miles away. Come stay at our newly remodeled & furnished townhome with a gorgeous kitchen. Living room has big comfy couch, TV w/ Netflix & XBOX (lots of games already), board games, & a cozy fireplace. A private balcony in the trees is perfect for a quiet morning cup of coffee or grilling some dinner. Paine Field airport is only 10 mins away & SeaTac less than 30 w/o traffic!!! Phase 2 = pool & hot tub closed. Our cleaning crew thoroughly cleans & disinfects our townhome after each & every guest.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We love traveling together as a family. While traveling we love trying the local cuisine and feel that it's a great way to immerse yourself in the culture. Why they chose this property

Our townhome is in a great location just north of Seattle. It is close to everything from mountains to the Puget Sound. You can go hiking, whale watching, see the sites of the city or go antiquing. Freeway access is just down the street and the airports are the beautiful new Paine Field Airport about 5 minutes away SeaTac is about 30.

What makes this property unique

Artesian Well Information
"The well," also known as Well No. 5 or the 164th Street Artesian Well is in excess of 400 feet in depth and is cased to approximately 120 feet. The well flows at a rate of about 10 gallons per minute.

The source of water at the well is an underground aquifer (water-bearing layer of permeable rock, sand or gravel). The well taps the Intercity Aquifer at approximately 200 feet.
