Rest assured that our home is 100% disinfected between guests, personally, by the owners. Socially Distant / private location with no thru streets. Property is conveniently located off SR 9. Minutes to WA-522 and I-405. 2 Miles N of Downtown Woodinville and 8 Miles S of Snohomish. Pet friendly.

Brand new remodeled 110 year old house. 1100 sq/ft house that was originally built in the early 1900’s. A complete remodel from the frame up. Very private location with no thru streets.

Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home or bring in take out. Dedicated fiber High speed wireless. Property is super convenient right off SR 9. Minutes to WA-522 and I-405. 2 Miles N of Downtown Woodinville and 8 Miles south of Snohomish. One Hour away from Stevens pass (direct hwy access). Pet friendly (we love our dogs!) and we have 6 Acres including Little Bear Creek you are welcome to wander around. We welcome people from all backgrounds.

Free Coffee! Included with your stay is a variety of Keurig coffee pods. Also included is shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap, laundry soap, and dish-soap.

Super friendly hosts that also live on the Six acre property (separate house 3 acres away) that includes Little Bear Creek stream, barn/stables and 3 acres of undeveloped forest and wetlands.

A charming property with laundry, full kitchen, comfortable beds and living area and an excellent hot tub area. There was a little bit of trouble with the water pressure but the owners fixed it pretty quickly once we contacted them. Overall, I would stay here again!

Loved our stay. The owners have made this a home away from home. Well appointed and great yard. The location is on Route 9 which is a bit busy but was perfect for our purposes. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

Beautiful home, clean and exactly as describes. The owners were extremely communicative (in a good way) and checked in on us each day to see if there was anything we needed. After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!

Great location for Woodinville wine weekend

We stayed here with 6 adults total. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to Woodinville to wine taste. We were close to everything and it was great to come home and cook and enjoy wine while we relaxed at the house. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and we had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals.We will definitely stay here again!

We have always dreamed of owning a vacation rental or two so this is our first property that allowed us to do so! Renovating a 100+ year old house was a serious challenge but worth it as everything we did was in the mindset of offering the space to guests. Darrick has been traveling frequently for over 10 years for work and is very familiar with all the little things that make a difference when you travel. Annie grew up in HI on a property that ran private vacation rentals (her mom still does!) so has years of experience setting up spaces for families.

And speaking of Families, we have 2 adorable Golden Retrievers that we love to death. Allowing pets in our AirBnb was a major decision but we just can't leave our's behind so- we are excited to let you spend time with your entire family, pets included. Our property is 6 acres and has plenty of space to walk your furry family members around!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property as our dream home fixer upper in Early 2018. We have now completed remodeling both houses (the one we live in and the Rental). With 6 acres of land and a salmon bearing stream, there is just a ton of really cool things here. We have a resident owl, a huge crane and deer that are frequently on our property. The land has been ignored for 20+ years so ongoing we will be all about getting rid of Blackberry bushes and clearing things out so we can see the native trees and and all the wonderful plants that have been over grown.

What makes this property unique

Instant Freeway access. Minutes from SR 522 and I-405. 2 miles north of Downtown Woodinville. All wineries and tasting rooms are between 2 and 5 miles away. Snohomish is 8 miles North. Stevens Pass Ski resort in 1 hour away!

We also have Little Bear Creek on the other side of the house, about 50 feet away as well.

Please note- We are directly off SR 9. Traffic and Highway noise can be heard.
