Nice house with 3 bedrooms, with capacity for up to 8 people, two suites with private bathrooms and one bedroom with a social bathroom, a large living room with table and chairs, Sky TV, CD Player, spacious kitchen with table and chairs, stove, refrigerator duplex, microwave, toaster and all cooking utensils. Outside there is a large patio with 3 hammocks, a table and concrete benches, an outdoor shower in the backyard, a tank, a barbecue and a metal sink in a covered area, as well as a beautiful flower garden and examples of the Atlantic Forest. The parking area in the garden holds up to 3 cars. Praia Brava is exactly 5 minutes walk, through a beautiful trail easily accessible for all ages. This small beach, surrounded by the Atlantic forest, is very quiet and is being considered one of the most beautiful in Ubatuba, appreciated for the quiet, few people and always clean sea and with pure waters. Very good for surfing, body boarding, stand up and mask diving.
Ideal for children who love to play in the freshwater pools of the clean water stream that flows into the sand on the beach.
For those who like more movement, the house is 2 km away. Praia da Fortaleza, with its natural aquarium of multi-colored fish and its kiosks on the beach.
From there the moderate trails lead to the last deserted beaches in the region, such as Praia do Cedro and Bonete. They also lead to Pontal, a real monument of stones, sculpted by nature. Also close by are the paradisiacal beaches of Costa (1 km.), Vermelhinha do Sul (3 km.) And Dura beach (5 km.). It is 17 km from the house to Praia Grande. and to the center of Ubatuba, 23 km away.
The house is served by a regular municipal bus line and is located 70 meters from a market for shopping and a restaurant snack bar.
