We loved our stay! Loved the cabin and location,.perfect size for our family of four. Hot tub was perfect and just right temp! We will definitely be back and stay again.
This was a beautiful, clean place. The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming. Love the rock formations in the back and the fire pit. The hot tub was very welcoming after a long day of hiking. I can’t wait to go back.
We had such a wonderful time. What a beautiful property! We were unable to find remote for the fireplace so we weren’t able to have a fire inside but did use the outdoor fire pit which was very nice!
We enjoyed staying in this cozy little cabin! It was a great use of space. The kids loved the outdoor space. It was the perfect location to all of our favorite hiking spots. We will probably be back!
What an amazing cabin and location! Very clean, easy check in. Great hot tub overlooking a rock formation, creek, and fire pit. Secluded and quiet and close to all the Hocking Hills sites.
Everything was great we had everything we needed cabin was clean and the view was awesome my children loved the hot tub and my daughter really enjoyed playing in the creek I would recommend this cabin to anyone thanks
Our stay was one of the best cabins we have stayed in. It was our 10 year Anniversary. The setting was rustic and sitting on the back porch looking at the rock wall and listening to the creek was so relaxing. All your stress just leavea your body. The cabin was so cozy inside. Everything was very clean. It rained for a few hours when we got back from a couple hikes, so we sat in the hot tub and listened and watched it rain. It was just so perfect! When i would message our host she got back with me right away. We give this cabin a 5 star.
We stayed here for our girls trip and we absolutely loved it. It was so clean and such a beautiful peaceful spot. We enjoyed the property and the creek as well.
The cabin was very easy to book and check in. The host answered any and all questions promptly. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a peaceful private location but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We appreciate that our dog was allowed to stay with us! We had a great time staying at this cabin and hiking the trails at hocking hills.
This was our first time staying in this cabin and everything about it was amazing! It was cozy, & clean. Our kids played most of their time in the creek out back. It’s also close to everything if you wanted to go anywhere! Definitely coming back to this cabin!
Cabin is bigger than shown in pictures. Very clean! Hot tub was great! When it snowed, they had guys come out and shovel the driveway. We loved the bear! The fireplace made everything so cozy. It started to beep but someone came out to fix it while we were out enjoying the parks. Only complaint is the bed. If you weigh over 100lbs, the memory foam sinks in after so long and you are sleeping on a rock. Kids loved the bunk beds! Loved that the cabin is pet friendly!
The cabin was absolutely beautiful & is close to all of the hocking hills trails. Perfect getaway with family & made it so much better being able to bring our dog.Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️ Whetsons
The Rock cabin was wonderful for having an early Christmas gathering with our daughter’s family. The hot tub and fire pit were fun for relaxing and roasting marshmallows, the cabin had everything we needed.

The property around the cabin was beautiful! The backyard is where we spend most of our time and it was very inviting! The beds were comfortable. The cabin itself was adorable and cozy! Love the location as well. Couldnt have picked a better cabin for us. Loved it!
We took a short winter getaway with our teenage kids to do some hiking for winter break. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed an outdoor fire at night, hot tubbing after hiking, and playing games on the large dining table.
My family and I had a wonderful weekend staying in this cozy little cabin. The host was easy to talk to and responded quickly. Check in was easy, just grab the key from the lock box and you're in! I really liked the location of the cabin. It was easy to get to, but far enough away from major roads that it felt like we were comfortably secluded. Overall a great stay, I'll remember this cabin next time I go to Hocking Hills.
Absolutely adorable cabin - very cozy with every need considered. The setting cannot be amply described as words aren't adequate. Simply heavenly landscape with gorgeous sites and sounds. Will definitely be back!

About the host

We are owners of three rural properties in the Hocking Hills. We presently live in Hocking County and are native to the area.
Why they chose this property
Rockside is centrally located in the Hocking Hills and within close proximity (10-25 minutes), to most of the popular state and national parks and hiking trails. The cabin is separated by the large rock formation by a gently flowing creek. The rear porch, where the hot tub is located, overlooks the scenic rock formation and is private and secluded.
