Bright AZ Sun Room à Midtown Tucson. Au coin de l'hôpital UMC Banner & Univ of AZ. Studio avec beaucoup de fenêtres, un lit queen, coin salon avec deux chaises en cuir, cuisine complète, grande salle de bain, douche à l'italienne et vue sur les montagnes. Décoré dans des couleurs vives, des touches spéciales de grandes serviettes moelleuses, des fournitures de cuisine essentielles et des articles de toilette. A cute, well-lit, stay. Perfect for my needs. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, and everything was easy to use. However, there were used coffee and tea grounds in the reusable pods, and a half bag of pea in freezer, so it wasn't as clean as it could have been. Easy to communicate with the hosts, and easy to get in.

Parking on property was easy and close to entrance. Interior is accessible, clean with kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Especially appreciated is the totally accessible shower( walk-in/wheel-in, grab bars, hand-held shower head ). Air conditioner worked great and cooled the space, ceiling fan and lighting good. Neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect place to stay!

The "Sunroom" had everything we wanted in our vacation rental! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, clean and bright, with all the amenities we could have wanted. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Tucson.

My husband and I stayed at the sunroom studio while we were in town to help our daughter move at U of A. It was a perfect landing spot for us! Would stay there again! Great hosts and nice quiet neighborhood!

Tucson leg of Arizona adventure

Robin and Bob are wonderful hosts that are available to make everything about your stay perfect. The Sunroom is small but had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We would definitely stay here or another of their properties again.

A perfect size and location for my husband and I for the 3 days we stayed while moving our daughter into her dorm room at U of A. All of the modern conveniences as well as thoughtful little touches were available to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Great visit to Tucson

The sunroom was perfect for our visit. It was near stores and everything we wanted to do. It was quiet and we could take evening walks. Full size refrigerator and lots of hot water! We had everything we needed. We would visit again.

A lovely place to stay!

My son started his junior year at UoA and I was looking for a place to stay while helping him moving in. I loved the sunroom, comfortable, close to UoA with all the accommodations I was looking for. Host are very nice and communication was great! All in all a very pleasant stay. I would certainly go back.

Great Hosts, excellent communication

We had to cancel because of illness but Robin was great and offered to move our reservation to another date. Communication was excellent too..responses were within an hour and always friendly and helpful.

Easy

Within a few miles of honors village and campus so made move in to the dorms easy for our daughter. There are cuter parts of town but this totally worked for my husband and I. Quiet area and the hosts were very responsive!

GREAT for visiting U of A

Wonderful location in respect to U of A, not walking distance, but a short drive. I was curious about staying in a sunroom in July, but read another review that the AC was very good. It was and I really enjoyed all the sunlight. Communication with the owners was fabulous and they had a great binder that highlighted any questions I had. I would stay here again!
