The Sand Dollar - 3 Bedroom Just Steps from the Sand Includes Washer Dryer

Located on H Street, on same block as beach & boardwalk, this is a newly renovated amazing 3-bedroom unit w/private porch overlooking courtyard, outdoor seating, lighting & grill. Sleeps up to 11+ people. Full kitchen w/all amenities & brand-new granite countertops, full bathroom w/bathtub, washer/dryer in unit, cable TV, internet & living room w/two pullout double futons. Outdoor shower. The apt has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 2 full beds & 2 double-sized pull-out futons. There’s also a twin-sized foldout cot available. Propane tank for grill will be present, propane not provided.

One parking space for any size vehicle is included & additional parking may be available for an economy rate, you can inquire at anytime after booking to see what can be arranged. All mattresses will have protectors on them, a few starter rolls of toilet paper are always provided as well as a bath mat however, linens are NOT provided. Note: There are two almost identical units at this location, in which we may interchange one for the other. Decor, BR/beds/bathroom/amenities are all identical to eachother.

Reservations under seven nights may be subject to additional fee.

We allow pets for a one-time pet fee of $150.00 for the first pet, $75.00 for any additional pet. We can host a maximum of 3 pets.

Early check-in and late checkout could be added based on availability & an additional fee.

Definitely tight fit with 10 of us in the place as it said it sleeps 10 and that is why I chose this place. But overall good place very close to everything definitely needs repair work on the inside as upon arrival I noticed holes in few spots of drywall and the outside deck being rough. Check in and departure instructions could be a little more clear. But overall for a quick weekend stay not to bad

Filthy. We walked into sticky floors. There was some disgusting substance smeared on the mirror over the sofa. The cabinets in the kitchen were so sticky with grease & grime, they made a sucking noise when you opened them. Stovetop greasy, dirty. Dirty mop & broom in bathroom. Grimy tub with moldy shower curtain and dirty bath mats. We bought a shower curtain, tub mat and bleach cleaner. We used our own bath mat. Cobwebs on light fixture and corners. Grimy baseboards. Dirty toaster oven with meat drippings. I wouldn't even open the few dressers there for fear of what I would find.The front "bedroom" had no closet, bed didn't even abut the wall and there was only about 1.5 feet of floor space with no hanging options or bureau. Bad outlet in that room The outdoor space had trash and junk everywhere. The outdoor lounge space was in front of other units and there was zero privacy.There were so many beds shoved in, there was little room to walk in the bedrooms. Lots of broken furniture. There were gadgets everywhere but you couldn't pay me to touch them. Maybe they should have prioritized cleaning and maintenance over gadgets.I don't know who they got to rate this place 4 and 5 stars.

We love this property , our second time there and won't be our last. It is a short walk to the beach. It is well stocked, clean, comfortable with a beach vibe. offers lots of extras . It has the usual wear like most places near the ocean in New England but they take good care of the property. Our dog also loves it there. We can't wait to go back.

Weekend getaway

Great little place for 2 to 3 people deciding to experience Hampton Beach and spend only sleeping time in the apartment. Has all the amenities that you need. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve, but there is parking right in front of the house on the street. Sleeps 5 to 6 people, but only two towels and one washcloth. Would recommend either bringing your own or if the property manager added additional towels and washcloths. Plenty of kitchen supplies.

great place

very well stocked with lots of extras, ie popcorn maker ms packman video game , spices and lots more. It was clean and nice beach theme. None of us had any complaints. we are hoping to go back next year and want to stay there again. great location close enough where my mother could use her walker to sit and look at the ocean.

I was never notified of the change it showed a backyard which there was none the bathtub left a lot to be desired I wouldn't stay there again

Perfect place for larger groups!

Went here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was a great find! Perfect size for 7 people and roomy enough where we didn’t feel on top of each other. It’s right in the middle of the boardwalk too so prime location. We’re already planning on heading back for a girls trip next year here :)

Not worth the money

The location was convenient. Close to the beach and the Casino/Ballroom since we were there to see a show. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The smoke detector was missing, the dryer didn't work (didn't know this until after we washed a load of laundry), there were fruit flies in the kitchen, the bathroom smelled like urine, and I'm not sure when the last time the floors were mopped. I was also disappointed to find out 2 days before arriving that I would have to park in a parking lot around the corner for an additional $34/day. Lesson learned.

First Timer

This is was our first experience staying at beach that wasn’t in a hotel! Will always come back here every year ! Excellent location kids loved their rooms and all the extras you dont get at a hotel ! And most of all way cleaner than any of the hotels or motels we haves stayed at in past, everything was only a few steps away ! Loved it ❤️❤️❤️

Kind of a disappointment

Best part was the easy walk to the beach. Except for the colorful pictures, apartment was shabby. It was a very tight fit for 10, although I was expecting that. Thank goodness we had wonderful weather. Don't know when the owner last took inventory--when we got there, we found 2 forks, 4 cups and 9 dinner plates in the kitchen. This was a Wednesday. I texted owner and on Friday, flatware and more dishes showed up. I would be unlikely to stay here again.

My stay

Carmen was very fast to reply to question ans sent maintenance to check on tv which i guess tetnants prior to my stay broke they went and got new one. Week before stay recieved a call that a person was looking to get in monday night that had covid lasy year i felt bad and said i would move i was told could leave vechicle by me. Moved everything and then was told we cannot leave vechucles so moved them into i parking lit. My truck was to big so i gave me spot to my son and paid 50.00 to keep my truck in a parking lit. Then washer in apt. 1 did not work. Washer in apt. #2 worked but both dryers did not. The tub in blx.#1 filled with water well taking a shower...i felt the money i spent would not be like this and i did not report this due to feeling we were written off being our last day. This is why this world has mean people that dont like to help othefs like me. Tina Rickaby

Adequate beach rental

Property was nothing fancy and quite a bit of wear and tear but clean and great location. terrible parking situation at location but additional lot one street over was acceptable.
