The beauty of this penthouse is the picture perfect location, 180 degree water views coupled with luxury designer accommodation. Designed perfectly to capture the indoor/outdoor relaxed life style.
The 2 bedroom apartment was completely rebuilt in to provide everything you could possibly need during your luxury getaway. If you enjoy beautiful spaces, thoughtfully curated design which is elegant and yet so calm then you will just love our home for you to escape to.
The master suite features a hotel-like integrated marble en suite with rain shower and a king size Westin hotel heavenly bed will ensure a fabulous nights sleep.
The 2nd bedroom comes queen size bed, rain shower en suite and views out over water.
The 2nd lounge room doubles as a TV room or nook, perfect for the kids to watch TV or a relaxed zone to read a book whilst watching the boats.
The state of the art gourmet kitchen will delight anyone who appreciates cooking with thoughtful details ensuring that cooking is never a chore.
Features include sparkling water on tap, double ovens, automated ice making and a gourmet coffee machine.
The designer furniture throughout the residence brings a relaxed calm atmosphere to the home.
Whilst we have a fabulous espresso machine at the apartment, if you want to wander to Fairlight village you will find wonderful local coffee shops together with a butcher and grocery store. Fairlight beach is a 5 min walk which is known for amazing snorkeling and comes with a harbour pool.
If you are looking for the quintessential beach sanctuary then this is the place for you. A 15 min stroll down to the hub of Manly beach for cafes, restaurants and fast ferry access to the city and everything Sydney has on to offer.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including coffee, tea, olive oils, salt & pepper and spices.

We searched for years to find a beautiful space which is quiet, private and yet close to the action and vibe of Manly. Determined to find a private pool with a view it did take quite a while before we got lucky!
We bought the property in its original condition in 2014 and then proceeded to thoughtfully plan the whole apartment to be rebuilt as a luxury sanctuary. Whilst it was a long process, we think you will agree, the end result is simply stunning.
