This was such an amazing property for our week in Manly. Absolutely stunning location, an easy walk to the shops and ferry. Amenities in the condo were useful and everything was well communicated. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily visits from the cockatoos! Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Beautifully located and wonderful home. This place has it all. We enjoyed the morning visit of the Cockatoos on the balcony and watching suffers while we drank our morning coffee.

This apartment is more beautiful even than its online presence. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. The apartment is very spacious but appears even more so because of the uninterrupted flow onto the balcony. It is well equipped for all ages and you could not be closer to the beach in Manly. As a light sleeper I had concerns about noise from the road, beach and restaurants but I need not have been worried. At this time of year the constant calming roll of the waves overcomes everything else.

The accommodation was beautifully renovated & decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean.Location is straight opposite the beach and in walking distance to everything.Both the host and the property manager were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Another year! Another wonderful stay!

Our third year stay at Absolute Beachfront Manly and once again, we had an absolutely fantastic time!From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy.The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities were everything we needed.The location is perfect. From grocery to shopping to restaurants to the ferry that will take you to Sydney CBD to the beach at your door front are all within a few minutes walk.Thank you for another memorable stay!It was truly amazing!

Life’s a beach

A beautifully decorated apartment in a prime position opposite the beach. We enjoyed a relaxing extended weekend with everything close by: lovely walks, great cafes and restaurants and even caught a glimpse of frolicking whales from the balcony.

Sister’s Family Reunion

We had an absolutely wonderful couple of days at Manly. The accommodation is perfect- great location within walking distance of everything you could possibly want. Beautifully styled and furnished apartment, awesome views and waking up to the sound of the ocean was a great way to start the day. Would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely be back 😊

Another great visit

Second time staying at this gem in Manly. Bright, clean, nicely furnished. Easy to get into the place. Location is perfect - right on the promenade with view from large balcony of the beach and beautiful Norfolk Pines. And a few yellow crested Cockatoos hung about (not bothersome - thought they were supposed to be a noisy bird). There is parking for a smallish car but did not use it this time - so easy to get about; walk anywhere in Manly, ferry to Sydney (10 min walk and 20 min fast ferry) or Uber.Dealt with Annie who manages the place and while we were pretty low touch guests she gave me comfort that if there were any issues she would be on top of things.

Everything about the home and location were great. The only issue was the constant noise during the week from the demolition of the building across the street from our building. It was too late to do anything once we were there. It looked like the demo has been going on for awhile and should have been mentioned.

Exceptional Manly Stay

What a gem! Jo's Manly Beach Condo is spectacular in every way with every amenity a traveler could wish for. The Condo is stunning, positioned perfectly overlooking Manly Beach, immaculate, quiet, beautifully appointed and state of the art. It is an easy walk to the ferry to Sydney, the shops and many restaurants in Manly, as well as several other Northern Beaches, including Shelly Beach. Annie, the property manager is a joy. She is professional, attentive and communicative. We will be returning! A true Winner, Winner!

Great Spot on the beach in Manly

Stayed at the apartment recently for 10 days. Bright & clean unit that is well equipped (hair dryer, kitchen pots & pans etc). No better view to wake up to - looking over the boardwalk and the beach with the Norfolk Pines in full view and surfers in the distance. Noise was not an issue - good sound insulation in glass but not much noise even with the doors open. Large balcony with plenty of outdoor seating. Location is perfect; Manly is a great spot for restaurants and bars or just to wander along the boardwalk and beyond. Getting into Sydney CBD is easy and relatively quick - 10 min walk to ferry and about a 20 min ferry on the fast ferry. Jo and Annie were attentive and responded to quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend the apartment.
