WHISPERING PINES is a Custom designed 2 bedroom Cabin in The Woods. With its Modern Farmhouse style decor, this cabin is sure to provide the warmth and comfort you desire during your stay in the great outdoors!
Step inside to a cozy living space with a stone fireplace extending to the beautifully crafted wood ceiling, flat screen TV, and seating for conversation and fun! Challenge your friends to a game of pool on the regulation Billiards Table. The kitchen features granite counter tops, conversation island, and KitchenAid stainless steel appliances; fully equipped with all the cooking necessities you need to prepare and serve a tasty meal for your friends and family! Enjoy meals inside or out with dining table options.

Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds with Private en-suite Bath

Outdoors you will be delighted to find another Fireplace and a Hot Tub ready to melt away all your stresses. Fire up the gas grill and serve up a delicious meal outdoors, enjoying the fresh mountain air and scenic views!! If you’re lucky, you may catch a glimpse of our local fox and family of deer!
Enjoy some time outdoors with a fun swing or some game time with a large connect four!
The Amazing 700 square ft of deck make it easy to take in the surrounding views!

Amazing Property Delivers

Everything is exactly how it is described in the listing. BUT, pictures don’t do it justice. You have to experience it in person. This property delivers in so many ways. Your first impression, “amazing”. The moment you walk through the door, you feel like your home. There is not one detailed missed.or one amenity overlooked. Michael is a fabulous host, communication spot on, answering questions quickly. Side note, if you are planning on visiting during snow season, rent or drive a 4 wheel drive. We could not of asked for a better experience than what we received. Thank you Michael for allowing us the privilege to stay in such a wonderful home.

Beautiful, clean, and private

This property is exactly as described and so sweet. It was clean and neat. Layout was easy to navigate and all the information we needed was in the binder. Host was also easy to contact and responded quickly. The location is absolutely beautiful! We were there in winter and did definitely need a 4x4 (or all-wheel) to get up the slippery slope but soooo worth it. You feel nestled in the woods; there were deer walking right past the window. It was a sweet, snowy hideaway. We watched movies in the living room with the fireplace going and played pool downstairs while watching the snow. We would love to go back and bring our kiddos next time. Also, highly recommend Grandmother's Kitchen for breakfast in Woodland Park. It's been good every time we've visited over the last 15 years.

Cozy home away from home

Exactly as described with all the amenities you could hope for. Tucked into beautiful snowy woods,it never actively snowed while we were there, there was still plenty to see, play and take beautiful pictures around!

Winter vacation

Awesome house! So comfy and welcoming. Fully stocked kitchen, games and puzzles for the kiddos, hot tub and fireplace inside and out. We did not want to leave.

Quiet retreat

My son and I stayed at the home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a holiday meal. The home is a good space to get away. There are neighbors, but they are hard to see through the trees. My son loved playing in the snow around the house and explore. There was even a nice surprise when we pulled up of a swing hanging from the deck. We loved every minute of it and it was a nice home away from home. The host, Michael, is quick to respond to questions, which I appreciated. We would definitely stay in the home again.

Perfect couples getaway

The weather did not cooperate for the beginning of our stay. Michael went above and beyond to communicate with us and do whatever he could to get us into the house. We were able to get in a day after the initial date we booked and that was only possible due to his efforts to get the house cleaned and driveway cleared. It was a great house to be snowed in for a couple of days.

Great family getaway

The property worked great for our family of five. The hot tub and pool table were definitely a hit. The location was great for exploring different areas around Pike’s Peak.

Mountain Dream Home

We loved our stay here! The home is very well taken care of and has all that you might need. We enjoyed the secluded location, the layout of the home, the hot tub and pool table. I would recommend getting groceries in Woodland Park. We enjoyed the wolf wildlife center tour as well as the fossil exhibit and trails which were nearby. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Cabin Getaway

This was the perfect cabin for a long weekend getaway. Had everything for our child and for us, the adults, as well! Everything was great from the decor to the amenities!! Especially the hottub. Thank you for a great stay!

Immaculate!!!

This was by far the nicest VRBO I have ever rented. It was beautiful, well kept and everything you needed to cook or grill was there. All you need to bring is the food.

Mountain Perfection

We loved every moment at this cabin. Close to everything but felt remote at the same time! Home had everything we needed and communication was great! Our boys loved the upstairs space and pool table! The deck was the perfect spot to kick off the day with coffee and unwind after a hike in the evening! Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful Escape

Gorgeous...gorgeous...gorgeous cabin secluded by tons of pine trees and beautiful nature! The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect; very quiet area but not far from the main road that connects you to everything. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway!
