Overall great stay. When we arrived the ac was broken. Response was quick and unit was fixed. Good communication from rental service during stay.

Nice house for a vacation

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation and the house was a nice place to relax. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their privacy. The hot tub was amazing and heated up fast. The property was in a great location with easy access to shopping and places to eat. The only issue I had was the book that is left at the home with information in it didn't give info on how to use the pool and hot tub remote. Also the book says the Property Manager will come be the first day and last day to inspect the property, no one showed up. But other than that the property was great.

Wonderful vacation at Casa Maria

My husband and I stayed at Casa Maria for 2 weeks (February 8-22, 2025). Our kids and 15-year-old grandson came down for a long weekend to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary on Valentine’s Day. We had an amazing time and we all enjoyed the wonderful accommodations at Casa Maria! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our grandson loved fishing off the dock. The home was beautiful, comfortable, immaculate, and communication with management was great. We were hoping to stay there again next year but waited too long and it was already reserved. But we did reserve another home through Vesteva, as our experience with them was so good.

Incredible location! We rented a pontoon, and that would be an absolute must! It completed our trip!

The home was perfect! The layout worked very well for us three completely private areas. The home was moderately stocked. It had the basics. Great wine, glasses! And a ton of them! The bedding and the pillows are OK. The house and layout and cleanliness was five star. The bedding was three star! I also would suggest that they supply cleaning products so you can maintain its cleanliness such as Windex, (lots of glass tables,) dish soap, toilet cleaner, sponges etc… we would 100% return. We would just know what to bring!

Beautiful home with luxurious pool and spa

The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. Towels and dishcloths and a starter kit for washing dishes and laundry! There were lots of pool toys but if you stay, bring a cooler and beach bag if you head to the beach.

Tranquility

We arrived in the evening to a home with a beautiful curbside appearance. Upon entering, we took a deep breath of pure delight! The home was as beautiful and clean as the pictures on the website. We were amazed at the layout and comforts in each room. The lanai, pool, hot tub, and outdoor furniture were perfect. We enjoyed them daily. We loved our stay so much that we rebooked for a future vacation!

Great Place to Relax in a Wonderful Location

We had a 4 day stay and found our time to be very peaceful and relaxing. It's a large home with lots of space and we loved the view of the canal from the pool and hot tub. Close to everything you may need.

Outside of all the hurricane damage and places being closed, we had a good time. The house was big and comfortable, the beds and pool were great. Plenty of space and amenities.

Beautiful property. Needs new grill as the current one is too rusty to use. Ceiling fans in the lanai could not be turned up due to rusty chains. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Those are only minor inconveniences.

Quick response to "known" issues

The property itself was very nice. Unfortunately, when we arrrived late in the evening, the temperature in the house was 91 degrees. We made contact through the emergency number, and were able to move to another rental three houses down. That rental was nice as well, but much less than we were looking for in regard to number of rooms and baths. To me, we made it work but it was quite a step down from what we rented originally. I reached out about the possibility of a reibursement of some sort, but was told the contract stated they could move us to a comparable unit with a reduction of any sort. I didn't feel like arguing the new house was "comparable" (it was not), so I let it go. Overall, they were very quick to move us to another house, and I do appreciate that. And, while the house itself was very nice, we did come to find out it had issues as well, with the pool. The skimmer did not work, and per the pool maintenance people, they had turned it off due to a large crack. The skimmer that was provided for us to skim the pool had a large hole in it, rendering it unusable. So, while it didn't prevent us from using the pool, it was another inconvenience. It seems to me, while the house itself worked out okay for us, it (they, actually) were not very well maintained.

Family week

Upon arrival at the location we had originally rented it was discovered that the cooling system was malfunctioning. A call to the property manager resulted in a very quick visit from a heating and cooling technician. Unfortunately, he could not fix the problem that night so the folks at Vesteva Rentals sent us four other house options. It took a few hours for all this to pan out but thanks to their responsiveness we were in a comparable, and cool, house later that night. All in all, this seems like a good company to work with. The second house was nice and had all the amenities we required. It was very clean and comfortable, with lots of separate areas for us to hang out in to watch TV, do puzzles, read, etc. My main complaint with this house, and I doubt that I am the first guest to say this, is that the water is smelly and undrinkable. We just went out and bought jugs of drinking water as it is fine for washing and bathing. The pool and pool area were lovely and there were plenty of beach towels and a selection of pool toys. The neighborhood was very quiet. I was impressed with how responsive the property managers were to our plight, especially on a Saturday night. I would not hesitate to rent from this company again.

The house is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great. Its beautifully decorated, very tasteful. Many amenities, we had all we needed. We definitely enjoyed our time, and will return soon.

Perfect accommodations for multi-generational family vacation or friends. Great outdoor entertaining space, beautiful views. Centrally located near Sanibel, Ft. Myers, Pine Island; and not too far from Marco. We will stay here again!

The home was beautiful and the view was unbeatable. We were able to rent kayaks and navigate through the canals which was a lot of fun. We were close to great restaurants and activities. The dryer didn’t function properly, and one shower leaked into the hallway which posed a risk of slipping. Otherwise, we had a great trip! The team was very helpful and kind. Prior to booking we were told the pool would be set to 86, but upon arrival learned that it was outdoor temperature dependent. We chose a more expensive property for the pool, so this was a frustration. We would have appreciated that transparency upon our initial inquiry. Otherwise, the team was responsive and supportive.

I recently enjoyed a perfect week with my parents and my kids at Casa Maria. We were all very impressed with the property. It was exactly as pictured, very clean, and conveniently laid out for privacy. The pool, the jacuzzi, the view...I miss it already! Not only was the house immaculate, but Vesteva’s team went above and beyond when the pool motor died on a Saturday and they had a repair man there the next morning, on a SUNDAY! That scored some major brownie points with my dad, who is a contractor. We enjoyed our week in a Vesteva home so much that I literally booked another of their villas for the same week next year while I was still on this year’s vacation. Stefan (sp?) checked us in and out and he also took care of our pool issue. He was great, very professional and friendly. And Vanessa was very helpful and accommodating in helping me book both this year’s stay and next year’s.
