Incredibly clean and welcoming home. The pictures were truly accurate and we felt at home during our stay. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood the home was in was very quiet. Will def stay here again!

This rental property experience went very well. Check in was easy, well decorated, clean, and well equipped. Owner really ensure home has the items they think their customers may need; such as: life jackets for all ages, cooler, canoes, pool toys, pool floats, grill tools, board games, infant high chair, playpen, laundry soap, plenty of towels, sunscreen. I love how the home has a 1/2 bathroom outside by the pool to use instead going inside the home to use the restroom. Owner also provided the garage opener to use in your car to ensure entering the home during our visit was flexible while going in an out the home. Owner was responsive when an issue arrived and sent maintenance to follow up in a timely manner. This home by far my favorite spot.

Family favorite!

We loved our stay here! The house was super clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The pool and lanai area were a real highlight. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the canal view, observing the diverse wildlife, swimming in the pool, fishing and having all our meals outdoors. The outdoor kitchen and TV were the best! Inside, the home had a great layout with comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. It was clear the owners put care into making sure guests feel at home. We wanted for nothing! The location was convenient for exploring the area. We took short drives to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and local restaurants. It was a great base for both relaxing and sightseeing.Our host, Lorraine, was easy to communicate with and super quick to respond to any questions we had. We appreciated her professionalism and hospitality.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return someday! Highly recommended for families!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds, great pool and cooking area, kids loved fishing and kayaking. Owner thought of every detail to make guests comfortable and happy staying at this place.

Amazing accommodations!

Property is even more beautiful in person. Family of six stayed so comfortably. Pool noodles, fishing rods, outdoor cooking. We didn’t want to leave for the beach or any other day trips! Will def be back. Host was super responsive.

Family Time

There’s a saying, people may forget what you say or do but they will never forget how you made them feel… I just have to SAY, Lorraine has great communication skills. She replies to messages promptly, has well written notes for guests to follow and is there when needed. Her and her team DO an amazing job to make a person FEEL welcomed and right at home! This place is well organized and very clean. Well structured. My mom had a walker/wheelchair and was able to move around well. They have really thought of everything! Cannot wait to come back and stay

Great house! Ok area

We absolutely loved the house. It had a lot of pros and just a few cons. Pros: awesome pool, great canal with fishing gear kayaks and paddleboards. Beds were comfy. Outside kitchen was awesome.Cons: lacking some basic cooking necessities... no salt... no oil..only was provided with 2 garbage bags and 2 paper towel rolls. Barely any tin foil left. We ended up buying all of that and leaving it for the next guests. Also the back slider door never locked after many attempts to get it to lock. Area was ok but a bit far from Nicer restaurants and shops.Overall the house is great. Just plan to have a car to drive other places

Great House

We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and modern and we were very comfortable. The host has thought of so many details. I have to keep editing this review because it’s too long, that much good stuff to say. All tvs are smart. All remotes are on the walls in little holders which was great. The bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, hair dryer, etc. and plenty of toilet paper as well as towels and wash cloths. The beds & pillows weren’t the most comfortable but everyone in our group has sleepnumber beds due to back issues so, personal preference. There were extra pillows and blankets in bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. There was tons of beach/pool stuff as well as paddleboards and kayaks as well as fishing gear for the canal. The canal is very slow moving so the water wasn’t something we had any interest in getting into. It was fun to fish right from the bulkhead. We had to buy tackle but expected it. The pool was great and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for our group. Great outdoor cooking area. I do wish there had been a couple of beach towels (maybe I missed them). One of the best things is that there wasn’t a long list of stuff to do before we left. It was so basic we all kept looking for another list, or a book or something. Host was amazing. Slightly further than we would have liked from points of interest, but quiet area and well worth it. Cape Coral farmer’s right down the road was great.

A Beautiful Oasis

Fantastic House & Pool

Our family (ages 17-76) had an amazing time at this wonderful home. The pool was perfect, and the house was beautiful inside and out. Lorraine responded quickly to all of our questions and was very easy to work with. We hope we can come back again soon!

Sisters trip

The house was very nice. We played games in the evenings and used the pool during the day. The house was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home for your get away.

I work at a Manhattan Law Firm, where I’ve committed myself for over 16 years. My job is great, co-workers are great, but I’m pretty beat up from the 9-5 corporate world, the fast-paced busy NY life and cold winters. I’m just about ready to hang up my briefcase, (handbag) put on my flip flops and leave the four seasons behind and move to Sunny Florida where the summer's are great and the winters are even better. I however will always love NEW YORK!!!

I love to travel, I'm super friendly, family-oriented, outgoing, independent, strong and trustworthy. I strive to make everyone around me feel happy and comfortable. I like everyone and I’m pretty sure that many people like me too :) !!
