Au bord de la rivière! Entièrement conçu de haut en bas pour une escapade de vacances. Tout nouveau remodelage situé directement sur la rivière St Joseph avec un 1/2 lot supplémentaire pour le camping et l'intimité. Une promenade en béton rare et unique parcourt toute la longueur de la propriété, plus de 300 pieds directement sur la rivière offrant des vues incroyables toute l'année! Ceci est une propriété très spéciale et unique dont je suis vraiment amoureux et ravi de partager avec vous! La conception à concept ouvert est bien adaptée pour le divertissement. Il y a une grande salle immense avec des plafonds voûtés et une cheminée. Superbes vues sur la rivière à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! Plus de 2 300 pieds carrés d'espace fini pour votre plaisir. Il y a des téléviseurs intelligents Roku dans toutes les chambres, y compris les chambres. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer vos bateaux et les laisser amarrés pendant votre séjour. Il y a une petite rampe de mise à l'eau sur la propriété. Nous sommes amis des animaux! C'est un endroit où vous voudrez revenir encore et encore! What a great location and house. Our host did a great job of communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Lots of room to spread out, play games, read and enjoy the beautiful river view.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful,spacious home. Great view from the living rooms! Open living room and kitchen area. Plenty of space for the entire family. Nice closets, fully stocked kitchen. Felt like home away from home, will definitely be back when we are back in Michigan.

The house was very nice on the inside. The location was great and the view was magnificent. There was ample towels and bedding for our stay. The only negative I have is the outside could have used a good cleaning. The screened in patio was covered with dust and spider webs. The front entrance area was dusty and full of spider webs. The only reason I’m pointing out the outside conditions are because we are outside people. I would definitely rent again. I would have given a 5 star rating if the outside was half as good as the inside.

We had an amazing time here. Houss was perfect for our group and far enough away from things to relax and enjoy ourselves after a day out. Host was very responsive and house was very clean as well. Will definitely rent again!

The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

We were in town for my son's wedding in Benton Harbor. We loved our mornings in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room watching the fog come off the river and morning coffee. We slept great in the master bedroom and had an overall great stay.

Peace on the River

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

Great location on the St. Joseph River. We caught several small mouth bass off the sea wall. Nice quiet neighborhood and it is close to everything in town.

This home was perfect in every way. Beautiful river views. Home set up was perfect for family meals. We truly enjoyed it. The only complaint we have is we wish we stayed longer

Peaceful and Relaxing Retreat

This was such a perfect retreat for my immediate family of 4 and my parents. The house is clean, and beautifully renovated with nice closet systems in each bedroom. We enjoyed fishing from the backyard and watching the river from inside the home.

Riverfront Oasis

This home met all the amenities my group was looking for and more! James is an amazing host & great with communicating. He was very attentive to our request and met them. The property had breathtaking views of the river and provided us with all the fishing space we needed! I would highly recommend this spot.

The house is very nicely appointed, great condition, and clean. The location is close to St. Jo and many other area of interest (hiking, fishing, beaches). The property owner is easy to work with - super communication. We would stay again.

A Very Quiet Residential Street offering peace and privacy. Just a short drive to numerous Lake Michigan Beaches and Wineries and Downtown St Joseph!

There is a concrete riverwalk that runs the entire length of the property, including the 1/2 acre side lot. It is well lit for night time fishing and docking of boats. There is a boat launch on the property for direct access to the river. The 1/2 Acre lot enhances privacy and allow for additional camping and activities. Ask about RV Parking (Electrical and Water Hookups, No Sewer). We Are Pet Friendly!
