I want to invite you to come stay at my home away from home just steps away from the lake. Nestled in the wonderful Walden community, you can enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors, and all the amenities they have to offer: golf club, fitness center, yacht club dining and lakefront bar, large pool and kid splash pad overseeing the lake, 2 private boat ramps, tennis and raquetball courts, private marina with boat rentals, fishing pier and lots of walking/bike trails. Walden is centrally located in Lake Conroe with shops nearby and Margaritaville right next door. The house has plenty of sitting space from our large dining room table to the outside deck perfect for grilling or laying out on the hammock. There is a kids room with boards games for family night and its own tv for the little gamers out there. There is also a firepit area to enjoy those starry nights with some s'mores! Next door lot is a nice wooded area which is great for a camping night with the kids or to catch a glimpse of the deer residents of walden and the huge variety of birds that come to visit. My house is supplied with all basic amenities including kitchen utensils, gas/charcoal grill, lawn chairs, wifi internet, TV streaming services, bed sheets, towels, washer/dryer, and entertainment for the little ones. So come over and enjoy the lake whether its boating, fishing, outdoor activities, family time or just plain ol' relaxing; Im sure there will be something for all. Please do note that this is my personal home that I am sharing with you so parties are NOT allowed. Please also note that the garage will not be accessible during your stay as this serves as storage for my personal belongings. Please note that a rental agreement will require signature after check in that goes over house rules.
