The condo is only feet from the lake where you can fish from the bulkhead, dock your boat, have fun at the pool or venture to all of the amenities that Walden and Lake Conroe has to offer, just a quick walk or drive away. Kayak and Paddle board are also provided to make your stay memorable. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Bed was comfortable. Laundry facilities in the complex were easy to use. Brian was very responsive to our questions during the stay. Would stay here again.

The property has an incredible view and is really close to the pool. The host was great at communicating and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The property was clean and well equipped. I will stay here again when I visit the area.

We had a wonderful stay and the condo had everything we needed. The facility was quiet and had a relaxing vibe off the water. The view off the patio was our favorite part! The only negative was trying to find the building, providing a map would be helpful for future guests. Thanks again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

This property was clean and the views on the lake were amazing. While an older unit, the price was reflective and extremely affordable. Many nice extras such as fishing poles, inflatable kayak, inflatable bed. Nice layout. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Such a nice perk to have usage of the Walden Country Club! I would recommend better lighting in the bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Extra fans in the unit were a nice extra! We would definitely stay again. Brian was super attentive with communication.

We stayed here while attending the Texas Renaissance Festival, so we did not take advantage of the pool or lake amenities. However, it was a wonderful place for the family to stay after a long TRF trip. It was clean, easy to get to (it is up one flight of stairs, which was no problem for us), in a wonderful location and with a wonderful view!

Great place to stay

Adorable condo with an awesome view of the lake. We enjoyed a cup of coffee on the patio each morning watching the sun glisten off the water and the ducks swimming by. It was a very calm, peaceful and relaxing trip.

Wonderful condo. Exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed how we could park our boat right within our view. Usually it’s stressful staying somewhere with a boat, not knowing if it’s safe, so this was perfect for us. Beautiful view as well. Will definitely rent again.

GREAT LOCATION

great views front of us was the swimming pool and it is open till 11pm and was not loud at all. The back balcony was the lake about 50 yards away. We would differently stay here again. Very peaceful place.

Great location

We love staying here, location, the ability to launch and keep boat right under the condo. The only thing more I could suggest for is some toppers on the bed, they are pretty hard, and maybe some extra towels, some wash cloths, and extra linens since there is no washer dryer. Other than that, we absolutely love this property and plan to come again.

There were no garbage bags avaiable. 3 adults over 33 YO looked in every cabinet, drawer,and closet. NONE. I told the owner upon leaving. His response: "Sorry that you were unable to use additional bags or find them." Apparently we are incapable of a logical search of the unit. Dumpster is 75 yards away.

Hi Andy, apologies that you were not able to find the trash bags and I wish you would have contacted us before your departure regarding this issue as I have a handyman on site to remedy things for guests. Our cleaners did have initial garbage bags in the kitchen and bathrooms, so there were bags for your 2 day stay and I have instructed our cleaners to ensure that there are 3 bags for each trashcan from now on. I am a bit surprised for such a low rating by not given a chance to remedy and given all of the other amenities, access to Walden Pools, Gyms, Free Coffee and more. I hope you have safe travels and hope to make a better experience for you next time. - Brian

Lake Conroe

The property was on Lake Conroe. The view was spectacular. Lots to do in the area and great restaurants. I would suggest March or April. We went in February and it was unseasonably cold for the first 2 weeks. The condo does not have laundry facilities inside but there is a laundromat in the complex. If you’re an avid sports fan you will find that the tv streaming service offered will not be sufficient.

Some years ago we had another condo on Lake Conroe and always loved going there to see the sunrise/sunsets across the lake. We had an opportunity to get back to the lake in 2022 and have loved every second of it since.

This location has lots of fun things to do. Walking distance provides access to the Walden Yacht Club, Breakwater Grill and the Walden Pool. The Marina Walden Golf Course is a short drive away. The area has lots do to including dining, water sports, mountain bike riding, hiking, swimming, tennis, gym and more.
