This rare custom Waldport home is designed to capture the majesty of the Pacific, with panoramic ocean views inside and out. With over 3,000 feet of luxurious space from which to enjoy the sight and sound of the sea, you’ll be sure to feel relaxed and rejuvenated during your stay. Vaulted ceilings, huge windows, and custom finishes elevate this home, with every room designed for comfort. The gourmet kitchen is a masterpiece of beauty and function, with a granite breakfast bar and a huge window over the sink with ocean views.

Multiple decks, a gas barbecue and an ocean-view hot tub mean you’ll spend lots of time soaking up sun, relaxing in ocean breezes and up to your neck in hot water under the stars. Two king suites, will delight your guests. There is a third bedroom with a king bed and a bonus room with a sofa sleeper, huge TV and wet bar, making this an easy home to share with more than one family.

Your quiet location between Waldport and Yachats gives you access to either town via breathtaking coastal highway views from forested headlands. Newport and Florence are also easily accessible, and you’ll want to include visits to Heceta Head Lighthouse, Sea Lion Caves and the Oregon Coast Aquarium during your stay. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves, and shoe covers each time they enter the home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels, and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Family Christmas stay

Our family takes a Christmas holiday together every year. This was one of the best houses that we have stayed at. It’s beautiful with an amazing ocean view & beach access. It is very well stocked with everything we needed & more. We will stay here again! Loved the house!

Best location and view

The whole family enjoyed the 4 days there for the Fourth of July!excellent location and view! The kids loved the beach and the hot tube! It was very pricy staying there for the 4 th of July! Probably because it was a Holliday! I decided to rent it anyway!

Lovely home and terrific location

This was a splurge for us (4 adults) and we really needed some quiet ocean time. The home was terrific and beachfront. Quiet even with Hwy 101 so close. House oriented toward beach. Stairs to beach are well maintained. Home super clean and exactly what we'd hoped for. We'll be back sometime!

The view though!

Location is supreme, hot tub was very hot and clean. The view doesn’t get better! Well stocked. Could use a deep clean and a little dated for price. Doing some renovation on the porch while we were there.

Best decision of our vacation!

This really was the best part of our vacation and was worth EVERY penny! I looked for a LONG time to find a place with a view of the ocean AND (easy) access to the beach from the property. We’d have stayed just for the location, but the house was terrific as well! Well equipped and updated! My family is already asking when can we go back…. If you’re wondering if you should book this house, the answer is a resounding YES!

Fun holiday getaway

My family and I take a holiday vacation every year to a new location. This home was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable for all of us. The beach view was so lovely and so much fun to be able to walk down to the sand and take daily walks. The only thumbs down was the main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable, we sunk into the middle of the bed and the downstairs fold out couch bed springs were sticking out of the mattress. Those are the only 2 things that we complained about. Everything else was lovely. Would love to come back in the summer to visit.

Beach and Books

This is a beautiful place and despite having neighbors on both sides, the landscaping makes it feel as though you are on a private beach. The sun deck provided a relaxing place to view the beach and ocean, along with peace and quiet to enjoy reading for pleasure. Viewing the stars from the hot tub while listening to the waves was enjoyable and very nice addition to the deck, where we spent most of our time, when not walking on the beach. The bench in the cove as you go down the steps to the beach was a nice touch and provided privacy while watching the sunset. We are looking forward to our next trip out west and will definitely stay here again! Kelly

We were here for 9 nights! The location and proximity to the beach were ideal. The views are fabulous. From the house we could see seals swimming in the surf. One morning we saw whales spouting just off shore. We loved watching birds, fishing boats, waves, some crazy storms, a couple of beautiful sunsets and some very bright stars. The house is well appointed including nice TV's; and the kitchen has everything you need. There are many puzzles, books, and games for people with varying skills and interests. The main floor (upstairs) is ideal for a couple like us; but the downstairs had a separate lounge area and two bedrooms for the noisier family members to have space of their own. The one down-side is the fireplace, which is a prominent feature in the living room and is front and center in the listing photos, was not operable and I was told by the management company that it "was not a listed amenity." The power did go out for hours, multiple times while we were there due to some crazy winter storms; we did get cold and the few candles we rustled up didn't give us much light. The only flashlight we found didn't work. But the stay overall was wonderful and restful and I would love to stay there again. Many thanks to the owners for offering such a clearly loved family place for others to enjoy; and to the folks who cleaned and prepared it so nicely for our time there.

Superb house and property. Poor management

Kudos to the homeowners for creating an absolutely stunning home. I cannot say enough about the location and comfort of the house and property. But the property management (Meredith Lodging) made the trip stressful and because of that we will not book again. -Hotel room check in (4pm), check out (11am) times, vacation home prices. We asked if the times were flexible and were told no, which we understood as it’s a large house to clean. ***what we didn’t appreciate was being contacted by property management and asked to check out early if possible. - The bathtubs were off limits! But they are clearly listed as an amenity and this is one of the reasons we had booked the home. - I had to contact the property management for check in instructions as nothing had been sent to me even an hour past check in time. - We paid a hefty cleaning fee and yet we were given a hefty cleaning list as part of the check-out process. It should be one or the other. Not both. - Just a heads up - There was a strict 6 person limit. For a house of this size that kind of limit is ridiculous. The only reason I can see there being that kind of limit is to make less work for the cleaners. Thank goodness my son ended up having to work. Most vacation homes aren’t as strict with the amount of people and one person extra shouldn’t matter. Beautiful home. Poor management.

We would like to note that the text you received about check-out is automatic, but do apologize if you felt rushed or bothered by it. We do request guests strip the beds, take the trash out, and start a dishwashing load if needed, but this is not a requirement. We do not guarantee amenities will be available at the time of stay - as stated in the agreed upon rental contract, but understand your disappointment not having access to the tubs. Regarding occupancy, this can be determined by the HOA/city as well as the owner to reduce wear and tear on the home, not Meredith Lodging. We see that we sent a text out regarding check-in details and an email, but the initial email on file had been changed. We value your booking, and hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thank you.

Excellent property with outstanding views!

This home is an excellent place to stay. It has luxury upgrades throughout and was well stocked and very comfortable! The views are spectacular and the property managers were organized and very responsive. We especially appreciated how easy it was to navigate the stairs to the beach. The last step was just inches up from the sand and the handrails really helped as well. Highly recommend this home!

Magical vacation and property!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at this property, and wish we could go back already! The location is beautiful and felt quite private despite close neighbors (all of whom were quiet and respectful throughout our stay). Amenities are absolutely as described. The hot tub was nice and hot when we arrived - thank you for that! The bed we slept in (downstairs master) was incredibly comfortable, and the house is possibly the most well-stocked rental I have ever occupied. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, there are games and books scattered throughout, and everything is easy to access and enjoy. Obviously the view is gorgeous and makes frequent beach strolls a breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you to the hosts for having us!

I’ve visited the coast many times, this house by far has been the most amazing. The view of the ocean from the hot tub was definitely a highlight! So spacious, fully stocked, priced awesome! We will definitely be back.

Great place for a group. Easy beach access. Comfortable beds! Only complaint voiced from the group is lack of privacy for the showers, without locks on the bedroom doors. No door between sleeping area and bathroom areas. Maybe we are just too modest ;)

I Can’t Wait to Come Back!

This is just what my family needed. An amazing house with the best desk around! We couldn’t get enough of the amazing view being right on the beach. It has two full masters with incredible showers, room with a queen, Murphy bed, and sofa bed. We all hit comfortably. The house is also completely stocked and you’ll find anything you’re looking for. Only feedback is it would be great to have a manual on the house with any check-in or check-out instructions.
