Directly in the sand beautiful spacious 6 bedroom beach house with huge balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico Elevator if needed and 2 jacuzzis on the beach, full kitchen on each floor. 3 bedrooms 2 bath upstairs. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms downstairs with large separate laundry room on 1st floor Barbecues, paddleboards , kayaks , bikes, lounge chairs and umbrellas and beach rafts and toys , baby amenities including 2 full cribs. Sleeps 12-14 adults

We absolutely loved the beach house. It was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and even better than we expected. Every detail of the house was lovely, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and our time there. Everything was spectacular, and we would definitely love to come back!

I can't say enough great things about this home and host. Our host could not be more accommodating and communicative. Everything needed for the perfect beach vacation was available for our use, lounge chairs with comfy cushions and umbrellas, beach toys, floats, paddle board and kayaks. The fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. The home was so warm and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck, spectacular! It was very hard to leave and I will be back! I've never had a bad VRBO rental, but this one was definitely the best!

Last minute getaway

Very pleased with property location and oceanfront view. Owner has went above the norm in supplying you with all your beach needs as well as typical grocery staples (coffee, spices etc.) I would highly recommend this property

Great Stay & Sunsets!

Property was exactly as advertised and Cindy was a pleasure to work with leading up to and closing out our stay. We rented the full-house, having the two units was fantastic for the 2 families we had staying together. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and pretty much everything you'd need for the vacation. Great for families with young kids with cribs and plenty of linens. Thank you!

Perfect Choice: Great Vacation Stay

Had a number of friends come down for 4 days of golf. This house worked perfectly for us. House was clean, great location on the beach, awesome property manager that kept in touch with us and plenty of great golf in the area. We appreciate the effort that was done to get the house ready given the recent hurricanes. Thank you

We had an Amazing time! We rented both the upper and lower homes and it worked out perfectly.If I were to make one suggestion it would be to change the photos because the homes were so much better than the pictures on the website.Thank you Cindy - You are Amazing!

Location, Location, Location

Everyone has to experience this house. We were a family of 12+ and I think we could have had 20 people. Double everything made things so easy. 2 Full kitchens and we cooked every night. Clean and friendly surroundings. House was stocked with all the goodies. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Cindy was always just a text away. Location of this house is amazing. It's not near the beach or close to the beach it's on the sand. We had to ask a few people to leave as the thought this was a public beach but it's not. It's private and all yours. You can't go wrong here.

Cindy was the perfect host. She quickly responded when we reached out and immediately took care of any concerns. The house was well stocked with everything beach as well as many baby items which meant we didn’t have to pack as much. We had a wonderful family gathering…even the weather cooperated!! beachfront fun

our host Cynthia was a pleasure, helpful and accommodating. the home was clean and very comfortable. the family loved the whimsical, colorful decor and i loved being right on the beach with the beach view in the morning and the sunsets in the evening! everyone enjoyed the hot tub under the stars at night. it was better than we could have expected! will be back.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation
