In the heart of Weinheim we welcome you in our three room apartment (75sqm). It is characterized by its central location and quiet surroundings.
With us you can not only enjoy your holidays, but also your business stay. After an eventful day, our apartment is the ideal place to relax.
The tourist attractions, such as the castle park, as well as the pedestrian area with its numerous shops and restaurants
are within easy walking distance.

-The space-
Our accommodation is characterized by its pleasant atmosphere. It is located on the 1st floor.
The apartment is non-smoking, with the yard and patio in the garden providing a quiet spot for smoking.

-Guest access-
In the summer months our guests have a seat with 5 chairs in the garden. Our guests can use as dryer and washing machine in the basement for a fee of 3 € each.

-Location & transportation-
The apartment is on the first floor of a house with 3 apartments. It is in a quiet residential area.
The tram stop (OEG train station) is just 2 minutes by foot away. It only takes 8 minutes to walk to the main train station.

Thanks to the good connection to local transport, cities such as Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible. Various supermarkets, as well as a Mc Donalds and BurgerKing are about a 5-minute walk away.

Great Location in Weinheim

This clean, spacious apartment in Weinheim is in an incredible location. It's a six minute walk to the charming town square and only a 2 minute walk to the streetcar. The apartment was outfitted with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and the landlord lives nearby and is pleasant and easy to communicate with.

FeWo für schönen Familienurlaub

Die FeWo hat sehr gute Lage und hat alles was mann braucht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 3 Kindern genossen. Dort sind ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden können - wie die Tür in der Küche, die mann nicht immer schließen kann - aber das Verhältnis zum Preis ist top.

Top-Lage in Weinheim, Ausstattung ausbaufähig

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Küche und Bad sind leider sehr alt und es fehlt einiges an Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Schöpfkelle, Teesieb, ...). Die Spülmaschine war kaputt. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher fehlte. Wir haben uns bei dem Preis und den Bildern etwas anderes vorgestellt.

Große saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt u. a. über Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Nespresso-Maschine. Das Haus liegt an einer bergigen Straße zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt. Ein schöner Garten kann mitgenutzt werden. Weinheim selbst ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, nach Heidelberg und Mannheim sind es jeweils nur ca. 20 km. In Weinheim selbst gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
