About this property
Sugarloaf Serenity | Large waterfront home
Summary:
Spacious, pet-friendly open water home on Sugarloaf Sound
The Space:
Wake up to sweeping views of Sugarloaf Sound at this light-filled, ground-level waterfront retreat — where calm island mornings and golden sunsets set the tone for your stay. This charming mid-century home offers expansive sound frontage, ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding right from the yard, plus a side canal dock for your small powerboat when adventure calls.
Inside, the home feels airy and relaxed, with walls of windows framing the water and Scandinavian-inspired furnishings that create a clean, coastal vibe. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and you can dine indoors or enjoy island breezes on the screened porch overlooking the water.
The layout is perfect for families or longer stays, featuring one queen master bedroom and two twin-bed guest rooms, all with peaceful water views. Outside, large front and back yards and the quiet end-of-street location provide a sense of privacy and serenity rarely found in the Keys.
Surrounded by excellent waters for boating, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding, this neighborhood also offers scenic walking and biking paths. A restaurant, marina, and convenience store are just across the Overseas Highway, while the energy of Key West is only 17 miles away — close enough for a day trip, far enough to truly unwind.
