Estamos en funcionamiento después de Irma! Usted está en el trópico ... escuchar las olas, descansar, relajarse o pescado, kayak y snorkel, si desea perder algunas libras. Tres dormitorios, dos baños, con acceso directo al mar, aparcamiento barco en la puerta de atrás. Vista del amanecer, la brisa del mar. Totalmente amueblado, ropa de cama, cable / internet. Esta casa está en un compuesto, también tenemos varias unidades de un dormitorio, así como de 2 dormitorios. El lugar perfecto para bodas, reuniones o grupos grandes! Bella Luna, Restaurante italiano está al otro lado de la calle, restaurante Square Grouper y bar en la es por la calle. Traslado a Key West a pocos pasos de la casa. Its very obvious that the property is very neglected. The perfect spot, but not up to par for the . I reached out 2 months prior to make sure appliances worked accordingly, as my family and friends would be attending my 50th bday and had to cook and cater my party at a separate venue, and appliances were in poor and not in working condition. Kitchen faucet is installed back words and leaks. One oven sounds like its going to blow up and the other does not work at all. Nice refrigerator but ice maker does not, so you when you open freezer, you get a big block of ice in a shopping bag. Main shower is tricky to get to work, and major damage to soap holder.( careful if you let children shower in there) Its a nice place but very neglected. Don't open the old ice maker on patio, something died in there. Do not leave anything out....the ants will take over. Also the rebar exposed on patio is not kid friendly either. I called maintenance immediately, and next morning showed up and was told that it is what it is..that I should I understand how rich people are with their rental properties. Perfect location but not well taken care of.

Location was great and the view was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out by the dock and looking at the ocean. Just don't expect the lap of luxury as the home could use a little TLC. Although the areas of concern are primarily cosmetic, there are several parts of the home that need attention, such as the shower handle (shower still works), kitchen counter tile, and patio concrete piling with visible rebar. We also had the misfortune of having a smoke detector chirp in the middle of the night. The host did respond quickly and had a handyman remove the malfunctioning detector. As long as you're not looking for the Ritz, it's a great spot for a waterfront getaway.

Check in was great kitchen had issues. The stove took about 30 minutes to heat up and the display didn’t work and the other stove didn’t work at all. I’ve stayed in several Vrbos before and this kitchen had very few supplies. We were told there was a ramp and electricity at the dock, there was neither.

perfect for what we needed it for

it was a great day. Best part about it was being able to see the water from the balcony! my family and I were able to cook breakfast and eat outside together! We definitely will be back.

Week away

We go every year to Key West with the boat to go diving and enjoy the warm weather. We tried this new place (our usual was not available). If bringing a boat, know to get to the channel will have to go thru very shallow water (our 23ft boat handled it very well). The available ramp on property was a little to be desired so used the Marina ramp. The “big house” needs some updates- 2 ovens but only 1 works, the sliding door kept coming off track, broken tile in the bathroom and a huge chunk of cement missing from a main outside column. Overall it met our needs for why we were there.The pool area was nice and enjoyed it every night, even saw 2 iguanas in the area.

Family get away

We had a fantastic stay, lots of room for our kids and even room for our family when they came over. Watched the sunrise on the enclosed deck every morning and evening had a walkway toSit on the water. Definitely recommend this location!!

Fabulous

We have stayed in the Keys often. This place has it all…great water views, kitchen of glass with more great views and an open floor plan full of light. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Dock was perfect for the boat we rented…caught lots of lobster the last several days of the season!

Great location and clean house

After reading the other reviews I packed my air mattresses… didn’t need them the beds were fine. The patio rail is fixed based on a previous post. Only 1 working TV but not a big deal. 2 built in ovens but neither works, not ideal for larger family to use a small toaster oven. The place was clean and you can’t beat the location.

Family Vacation March '25

We fell in love with this property upon our arrival and during our stay! It was very comfortable and the large screened in porch with a view of the Atlantic was one of the stars of our stay during breakfast sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We enjoyed the peacefulness while we relaxed at the pool. We had two minor issues and after contacting the property manager they were fixed within the hour. We definitely would stay here again.

Fishing trip with friends

The location and ambiance of the property is wonderful. The house itself could use some TLC and attention to detail. It was difficult to find because there is no number on the house and Google maps was confused. There are loose and damaged faucets, burnt out light bulbs, missing fan blades, minimal towels, and no hooks in the bathroom to hang your robe or clothes on when you shower. Most repairs could be done quickly and inexpensively and would greatly enhance the stay.

It's all about the view!

This house is on stilts, and the views from the Atlantic-facing side are amazing! You look over the treetops and see the ocean from the kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and the giant screened-in porch! The view is expansive enough to give you a glimpse of both sunrise and sunset. When we were at the house, we spent much of our time on the porch -- we really didn't want to leave. The pool right behind the house was enjoyable and seemed very clean. The location is great -- only 30 minutes from Key West!

Needs Updating

There was mold around all the windows and doors. Oven did not work but the convection oven did. A lot of lights and fans did not work. Overall living space was clean and worked well for 3 couples. Almost forgot, screen needs secured on the porch. Bugs can get in.

It's a blocker

The bedding was clean, water was warm, pressure in one shower was great, the roof didn't leak. That ends the positives. If you read others comments about the negatives they're all true and more. I find it disappointing that those older comments/house issues arent being addressed. I will not rent this house again.

Was once a great house

While it is a nice, quiet area with stars at night, this property is really run down. A post on the porch is partially gone and this is on a support beam. The ovens don't appear to work and the toaster oven doesn't close. One of the beds squeaks loudly at every movement, so please consider it at 2 bedroom. The other two beds are not comfortable. The bathrooms were clean but floors dirty. I really could only recommend it to sober people in their 20s. Drinking here would be quite dangerous between the stairs and the dock.

Location is key

This house is OK, but has a lot of broken things and a bit run down. As for location it is great. They just do not put in any effort to repair things or upgrade. For the most part we spent our time on the porch or outside going on adventures. This is what the keys are all about. We had a great time and that is what matters most.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed the house and the view. I got sick so I spent a lot of time there. I would ask that the owners throw away some of the things that are laying around like broken tables and chairs. Everything else was nice.
