Facile accesso agli eventi del centro cittadino e alla vivace vita notturna di High Street (gallerie d'arte, birrerie, mobili ...) 1/2 isolato da Dave Blom Campus o pista ciclabile Olentangy. 3 minuti di auto dallo stadio OSU, 6 minuti dal centro di Columbus. Enorme isola di granito, piano cottura a gas, elettrodomestici di fascia alta, schermo piatto da 55 ". Ottima posizione per i professionisti medici che necessitano di alloggi temporanei ben arredati.

Comfortable & Well Appointed Home

Clean and comfortable stay

This home was spacious and comfortable. Lots of home items to make our stay over the holidays very enjoyable. Brian (the host) was very responsive. My only comment was it is located on a very busy street w lots of road traffic and emergency vehicles. It is in the city so this is to be expected, but it was hard at times to get out of the driveway.

Great Location and Property

The location of this house was perfect. Easily head a few blocks to hop on the running/bike/walking trail. A nice walk down towards OSU campus. Easy driving to other attractions around the city! Must check of Los Agavez Taqueria as well.

Awesome Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, lots of space. The location was great as it was close to the grocery and plenty of restaurants. The owner was great to work with and easy to work with. He offered plenty of local recommendations and was flexible on checking in early. The property is on a busy road. I would highly recommend renting or staying here. Cant wait to return in the future!

Amazing Stay, As Always!!

This is our second stay at the property for an Ohio State football game and it was just as amazing as the first time! Perfect spot, very close to campus! The property is exceptionally clean and modern, and communication with Brian was great!! This is my go-to spot for a game weekend in Columbus!!

Wonderful Stay!

My friends and I stayed here for our competition. We felt very fortune finding this Vrbo. The home was beautiful, the bedroom had the comfiest mattress I’ve ever slept on, and communication with the owner was 5 stars! Grocery store was right down the road, and it was a quick drive to the convention center! I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Columbus.

Super Cute House

The house looked just like the pictures! Very clean and well decorated. My mother, sister and I stayed in Columbus for a girls weekend and it was the perfect little house for us. We also liked the location - right off the highway and close to a Krogers and Restaurants. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Practical location, nice interior furnishing

A small but effective floor plan. It was comfortable and modern. The air conditioning/heating is fairly loud but you acclimated to it. It would have been nice to have some shampoo as we didn't travel with any.

Great Location & Great Hospitality!

We came into town for the weekend for an Ohio State game. The house was in such a prime location to the campus & stadium! The inside is gorgeous, and exactly as pictured. Had a minor issue when we first arrived, but communication with the owner was outstanding, and the issue was rectified within an hour! Would highly recommend, and would 1000% stay here again for a game!

Nice host and stay, but noisy street

Enjoyed our stay and the host was nice and easy to communicate with… the beds were very comfortable and large. The only downside was that this place is on a noisy street, near a hospital, and one of the upstairs bedrooms is extremely noisy with cars and sirens buzzing by.

Excellent Experience at 422 W North Broadway

This VRBO was wonderful. Everything was as described - absolutely no disappointments. House is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Thorough instructions available in a binder. Owner was exceptionally prompt in answering any questions. Have already recommended this listing to a friend.

Clintonville OH Awesome Duplex

The property is 1/2 of a duplex. It has been beautifully updated and is very comfortable. Appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. This is NOT, however, a residence for people who want to have large gatherings. There are strict rules about who may use the property. My spouse and I were looking for a property to stay at while we visited our son and his wife. We did not have any problems conforming to the house rules.

Super Clean and Very Comfortable

This was the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The house is beautifully decorated. The pictures are a great representation of the chic and sophisticated decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were very soft. This would be a 5 plus star rated property by our standards, if not for the fact there is no central air in the house and we arrived on a 90+ degree day and the bedroom air conditioners were turned off. It was very uncomfortable for 24 hours. The a/c units in the bedrooms are loud. There is quite a bit of street noise, including a lot of sirens, as it is close to the hospital. It would be a good location for anyone visiting OSU. Despite the lack of central air, we would definitely stay again! The negatives are slight compared to the cleanliness.

This is our third vacation rental and we remodeled with remote workspace in mind... lot's of surfaces to work on, lots of outlets, and super fast wi-fi. With COVID-19 impact we are emphasizing sterilization between guests and longer term rentals at lower nightly rates.

We personally were involved in the design and total remodel of this Columbus home. It has lots of light and open space and generous surface space if you are working remotely. The design emphasis is a simple, clean, and calming vibe. We also really like to cook when we travel so we outfitted the kitchen recognizing some others might enjoy having a gas cooktop, generous refrigerator, and plenty of hardware to cook up a storm.

The location puts you minutes from the action on high street, downtown, OSU campus, the short north or large venues you want to access from route 315. You are literally on route 315 in 30 seconds when you leave the driveway.
You can also park up to the 3 cars in the driveway right next to the entry.
