Awesome quiet location with lots of opportunity for fun

The house was great. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The game room is super fun with lots of activities all ready to go! The house is also close to awesome hiking trails and close to a shopping center with a nice grocery store and pizza place.

Great property …. Weather was gorgeous but pool was too cold to use. 20 minutes away from great places- camelback, Scottsdale. Safe neighborhood.

Great place!! Bummed it wasn’t hotter to use the pool but laying in the AZ sun was amazing. Very clean. Great pool table for indoor fun and awesome hiking for my adventurous side!

We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this home!!!

We were in town for a wedding and chose this home for our stay because of its proximity to the wedding location. The home was clean, spacious, was located close to a grocery store and a few restaurants, and had plenty of things to do at the home (game room, pool, board and card games, and cornhole). We especially enjoyed the game room with the pool table and foosball table and the heated pool and beautiful "oasis" in the back yard! We also appreciated the great communication from Evolve with very clear instructions. We were completely happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you are in the area!

Fabulous Weekend Trip!!!

The property was perfect. Lived in but clean, roomy, and well maintained. The pool and outside space was excellent and perfect considering the heat. Everything was outstanding. We received an immediate response via text when we had a question about the grill. This was by far our favorite weekend getaway in Phoenix!!!!!! Very Highly Recommend. Not fancy but extremely comfortable and homey!!!

4th of July weekend

Overall the house is perfect. The ac unit does have a mind of its own and randomly kicks up to 80. The backyard has tiki torches that either need to be removed or oil added. The bar b q and oven need better instructions. Hard to figure out. Other than these minor things the stay was perfect and we will be back. Very comfortable home and pool was perfect temperature

Very nice stay

The house was clean and very comfortable. Nice location too! The vent in the middle bedroom rattles when the a/c is running and the master toilet made some odd noises at first, but overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Stay Though Some Things Need Improvement

I similarly saw this listing several months ago, when it did indicate that the pool could be heated. That option was no longer available despite the fact that there is a heater hooked up to the pool pump. I would have gladly paid $3-400 to enjoy the pool. Even though, it was in the 90's, the pool was ice cold. In general, the home is great and has great amenities. Beds were comfy. The living room tv did not work and after a few days, got a hold of Michele who just replaced it. Two days before our check-out, the fridge ice maker was not working. Michele said she would send over a repair person but I just did not want that hassle. There are some odd things around the house which include labeling of light switches or plugs in all CAPS in black sharpie. So many little notes written on walls in sharpies and even on remotes. It's definitely odd. The backyard flagstone is literally falling apart. It is just crumbling. After putting my feet in the pool, I'd get out and the crumbles would stick to my feet like bread crumbs. It is especially bad right by the entrance of the pool. Major safety issue. There are loose electrical outlets that I was worried about using. The master toilet handle flew off the first day after the first flush. That's when I tried to get a hold of someone but to no avail. I watched a Youtube video to figure out how to fix it. The bedrooms have random things in the ceilings. One has a hole where there was clearly a leak with painters blue tape. The other bedroom has something that is wrapped in aluminum foil. Very odd. They provide plungers for they know their toilets are terrible due to them clogging each and every day. The air conditioner unit in the garage does not work because there is no outlet to plug it into despite the fact that the sharpie written in all CAPS note states please don't keep it on when not in the garage. There is a camera on the back patio that I was told was not operational. Not sure why it stays there. My son found the previous visitor's medication in one of the medicine cabinets, completely unsafe. In the back, my kids discovered a make shift "shed" with a rusty old saw, pool chemicals, old wood, etc., not safe at all. That should be a working shed with a lock. There is a floor fan in the master bedroom that is completely inoperable. Not sure why it's there. I almost wonder if the fire alarms even work because with how old and unkept the outlets and loose light switches are, I find reason for that concern.

Winter stay in Arizona

We rented this home for 2 months. Feb - March. Home is very centrally located, for golf, hiking, shopping, just off of Happy Valley. Home was clean and our host was very good at getting things fixed or helping with whatever needs we had. We had a good stay. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated hence we were never able to use it. Sandy

Winter get away

We are from Wisconsin, we rented this property for 2 months. The house was clean, very centrally located, for shopping, hiking, golf, and easy to get around. The host Michele was very quick to address whatever issues we may have had. The pool is not heated & never warmed up enough to be able to use. Otherwise our stay was very good.

Lovely getaway!

The property was great! My only complaint is that the listing said there would be an additional fee for heating the pool. One of the reasons for booking this home was the heated pool. Unfortunately when we called to ask them to heat it, we were told that is not an option. Other than that, we LOVED the property! Close to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. The home decor was warm and friendly and the house was clean!

Nice family home

Looking at colleges for older daughter, and great home/location in Phoenix area. Were able to check in early which was so nice! Outdoor pool and the gameroom were a big plus, kids loved it. Thank you

Near great hiking and golfing

The property is close to the Phoenix Sonoran Preserve, Deem Hills Recreation Area and Thunderbird Conservation Park. All three are different and offer great hiking and views. The 500 golf course is 10 minutes away and has an 18 hole course and a 9 hole executive course. They are both great to play. Shopping is just across the street. Very convenient location. We did not use the pool as we found out after booking it would cost $25 per day to heat. We were there the first three weeks of February 2021and was not warm enough to swim.

GEM w/out a doubt

Decided to take my family for a small getaway from the cold Midwest. The house was conveniently located near grocery store, restaurants, several hiking spots! Did I mention hiking trails all around. The owner meet all of our expectations and beyond . This host went out of his way to help with any request we asked for. Will definitely come back again. Clean house , plenty of towels , very comfortable beds! Seems like the host thought of everything . I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Will look into other homes in Arizona this host may offer .

Waiting to close escrow

The perfect home to stay in for multiple days with family and pets. The owner could not have been more accommodating and nice! We are local but this home would be great for families vacationing here in Phoenix.

Perfect for family!

Great property! Our family spent a week here; me, my wife, 2 teenage boys and our 1 yr old corgi. Game room was lots of fun. Swimming pool was fantastic and owner helped us get the heat up (it was a bit cold initially). Internet was great - I was able to do remote work and have the kids in virtual school at the same time without issue. Grocery, restaurants and Starbucks in walking distance. Lots of hiking very close by. TV (with roku and streaming services) was awesome. This place had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home that was perfect for our needs. House is clean, spacious and the pool is so nice! We didn’t get to enjoy it but it was nice to have. House is located next to a large shopping area which was very convenient for us. Game room is a welcome bonus to the house! Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area!

Soccer trip feels like a mini vacay!!

We had to come to Phoenix for a soccer tournament for our teenager, and because of COVID, decided to splurge a bit on a house with a pool and a game room. Both did not disappoint. It was nice to have something to do given that we were trying to stay away from indoor crowds like malls, theaters, etc. Accommodations were good. Only thing I’d recommend is making sure the place is stocked before you check in. When we got there, there were only 2 coffee filters, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Not enough filters to last the time we were there and barely enough TP to get through. Also, pots and pans are minimal, so if you’re cooking a meal and need more than just 1-2 pots or pans, I’d suggest bringing some of yours from home. Michael, the owner, was very friendly and showed us how to set up the gas grill and the heater for the pool. He was also easily accessible when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you want space, quiet, and things to do when you can’t go out and be in public.
